Haven't had a Wendy's single in quite some time since most stores close early. We stopped in Danville Ky while driving through. The burgers were way over cooked and dry. Fries were okay but would have been better if they were hot. It'll be awhile until I try Wendy's again🙁
We quit coming here due to on multiple occasions it taking 45+ mins to get a curbside order. And that's not to mention missing items and cold food.
Gave it a shot again recently, and it had improved. But now I'm writing this after sitting and waiting on an order for over 30 mins.

I normally like Wendy's. I ordered a large fry and they gave me a small in a large container.... I went to say something and the kid agreed with me and told me if I could wait a bit he would give me a new order. Well .. I got hot fresh fries on top and a bunch of small bits and pieces that were cold
Asked for a salad with no cheese. They loaded it up with cheese. How hard is it to follow a simple direction?
Also, the fries were hard and tasted like they dumped all the salt in the world on them.
