The food was good, but the girl behind the counter kept disappearing, and when I asked her for anything, she told me to just walk around the corner to the cooking station and they'll give it to me. I've been here multiple times, and that's the first time that's ever happened. I let her know there were no ketchup cups by the napkins, and no one restocked them while I was there. I had to walk around the corner to get mine.
Ordered online for a meal for 3, combo, salad and italian beef pizza. As i walked in, i forgot to order the sandwich dry. I asked staff at front if I could change combo to dry if they somehow did not make it yet but they just finished it, no big deal - my fault. Guy at the front did not have to but decided to remake the combo dry, you are a ROCKSTAR! the guy who eats the combo appreciated it!
i meant to take a picture of the italian beef pizza but forgot. I will need to reorder now for that picture, severely good food and service, 10/10 will be back and recommend Buona to others
Buena has always been good. I like they have their little system of waiting when the order is done. Very organized. You get points every time you go if you have the app. At the moment, my experience at the Darien location has been nice. Either dine in or takeout.
Delicious salad selections, and we like the beef and sausage combo too. I've got the Buffalo ranch salad. Yummy! Service was fast!

I really like Buona Beef. I usually order the beef and cheddar croissant but any sandwich or salad is delicious. The decor is welcoming and the employees trained. On my last visit the dining room was half full. I also like that Buona is a business that started in the suburbs of Chicago in humble Berwyn. They have much better service than their competitors. Find one of their locations and stop by today!
The place, service, people are all positive in their equitable categories. The food is pretty good for a quick bite though you ain't eating a beef sandwich while driving. The only thing to watch out for is the parking lot isn't the most accesible for trailers or really large vehicles.
Best beef sandwiches around. Fries are crispy and delicious. Burgers and pizzas and salads also. The original rainbow ice cream cone is integrated into the Buona locations. They are yummy too
The food here is great. My chicken avocado and strawberry salad was very tasty and a big portion for the price. Love that they sell rainbow cone too. The music, especially outside, is a little bit loud.
This place is one of those spots that you randomly stop by on one of the late nights but then keep coming back for more. I know I do.
Usually I order the salmon sandwich and fries or 10” beef buona sandwich and fries. Don’t miss out on the fries, they are ridiculously good.
When ordering you’ll need to tell them to add peppers and cheese if you want. Otherwise your beef sandwich will only consist of beef and bread.

I mainly came here for the opening of the rainbow cone. The whole decoration and the seating area was very nice for the rainbow come portion. Icecream was good but it is on the pricey end.
Very friendly and helpful staff. You place your order at the counter and then a server will bring it to your table. I highly recommend downloading the app for coupons and specials. The beef is hands down the best option on the menu.

This Buona has a great atmosphere and l enjoyed it very much. I came with the COO of the company that I work for. We had the Italian beef and fries, which was very tasty. The fries were excellent. I'm not sure if they measure up to Checkers, McDonald's or Arby's curly fries, but it's close. I might have to include them in the top group. Within the structure is an ice cream shop. I didn't have any, but it's a good option to have after eating some serious Italian beef 🙂. It's located in a business district, so it's attractive for people to stop by after shopping. On the whole, Buona has good food, with good customer service. I'm looking forward to going back at some point.
