This cozy Indian restaurant has left the best impressions!
Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. George and his team were very personable and made us comfortable throughout the evening. Each dish was beautifully presented and the taste was absolutely delectable. It’s a gem here in Connecticut and we’re happy to have found it! Thank you so much for having us.
We visited this restaurant last night .This is one of the most delicious Indian meals we have ever eaten. The menu is extensive and varied and caters for all tastes...It's like an aromatic beautiful flavor dancing in delight on my tongue!
What a great time we had! Fancy and special, but not uptight or pretentious. The food was delicious and hot, my kids LOVED the calamari. The Sham Savera was perfect and the Lasuni Gobi was crunchy and delicious. The portions were huge and we had a delicious lunch the next day. Highly recommend!
Great hidden gem in Darien. Clean restaurant with understanding servers who are constantly at your service. Food is excellent, not too heavy like other Indian restaurants I have visited, but generous portions, and leftovers last for days, however. Naan breads are amazing, fluffy, and perfectly seasoned. The lassis were creamy, crafted with care, and delicious. The appetizers and mains are some of the best I’ve had; no other comment. Definitely recommend to anyone, make sure to visit if you are in the area.
Went back here again tonight with my dad and my stepmother and we had an amazing meal. The blood orange Margarita was soooo good. Everything was perfect. The waiters were very friendly and so was the owner. Love this place can’t wait to come back again.
Amazing food, amazing service from staff! Worth the price! The calamari is a must try and the portions is HUGE! Loved the special hundy curry and my dad loved the hariyali halibut. Drinks were strong and tasty. The place is beautiful and the seatings are nice. Definitely worth a trip
Delicious Indian food with the most excellent service! Having dinner at coromandel Darien was delightful. We had the chefs special menu which was very fairly priced. The Sri Lankan style shrimp , Hariyali ( green color) grilled sea bass, naan and nawabi hundy curry ( peanut sauce ) were exquisite. I think this is only one Indian restaurant have Hand-selected cult and rare wines from exclusive vineyards, we had 2003 Jaison Red ( meritage wine ).
The food here is tasty and well-spiced! We also had a great cocktail.
Absolutely love the food here! One of the best places in CT to eat Indian food. Authentic Indian food. The spice levels are perfect. The staff are very friendly. Its totally worth the price! Highly recommended.
The papad with the mango chutney and green chutney were so delicious!
The shaamsavera was brilliant. Portions are very generous.
