They don't pay attention to what you ask for, I ordered the family package and they gave us soggy bread and we asked for mac&cheese and Cole store and they gave us two watered down slors. We wish that didn't happen but we are not going back and we will let are friends and family know.
Natialya(the manager) after I called the store phone once I got to the window and got no answer at 9:50 told me she was closed at 9:50 because she refused to make any more mash potatoes for my famous bowl after I’ve sat in this line for the past 30 min that unexceptionable. I demand repercussions.
I live out of town in Sumter but go to this KFC about every 4th thursday after doctor appointment for chicken livers. They are always out, there response is, they were Buy one get one yesterday on Wednesdayand we sold out.
So order more if you run out on Wednesday to last thru Thursday. No brain
Worst KFc ever. Had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru on our food then they give us cold chicken littles and 2 potato bowls with no gravy at all after we asked for extra gravy. Also they gave us no straws nor spoons or forks for our potato bowls.
As always a fast hot meal for lunch. These guys know what they are doing
