I hosted a bridal shower at Element last weekend and I must say that it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The staff is remarkably attentive and knowledgeable about their menu and the venue is gorgeous! I would highly recommend Element and I will be returning soon to enjoy more of their fantastic teas, wine, and food menu.
Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Menu has a great selection of wine, tea, and appetizers! I definitely will be returning and recommend! The service was top notch as well!
Oh my goodness; I cannot say enough wonderful things about Element. Attentive, friendly, prompt service...when I asked if the rose or lavender tea was better, the server offered to mix the two for me! Immaculately decorated and surprisingly comfortable. I instantly recognized two fantastic bottles of red on the wine list and was overall very impressed wth the selections. Made to order appetizers were to die for...you have to try the sweet potato fries with chiptole ranch! Wide dessert selection; however, I was sad to see no fresh fruit (maybe this summer when in season?) Hands down the highlight of the experience: the tea. Adorable, sturdy yet dainty individual tea pots and cups. This will definitely become a permanent go-to...thank you, Element!
Fantastic wine selection, and the blooming teas are just so neat. A flower blooms in your cup and then you just magically have the best cup of tea you've ever had! Fantastic space, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Lovely atmosphere, great wine and tea options and delicious food! I love their cucumber mint tea and very berry salad is amazing along with their desserts. It’s a perfect place to meet up with friends!
This a great place to have wine and appetizers or tea and dessert. Beautiful calm surroundings make it a lovely experience. I Always have a wonderful time.
I loved this place! We enjoyed wine, sweet potato waffle fries with house made chipotle ranch and molten chocolate cake. It is so delicious! The atmosphere is comfortable and elegant. I can't wait to bring Abby for High Tea.
Element has a very nice atmosphere. The seating is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and professional. The tea was fabulous! Quite a wonderful selection. The appetizers are beautiful to look at and very delicious. Their wine selection is wide and the desserts are to die for. I will definitely be returning soon!
Such a cute little place to gather. Their tea is excellent and there is quite the variety to choose from. I like that this place is open in the evening hours to go to and relax. Who doesn't love tea and wine? Great concept! Not to mention their desserts taste amazing. I never had their sushi, but they do offer that as well.
This is my new favorite place to sit, relax, and read or chat with friends when I am visiting the area! I love all their teas and the food I have tried has all been fantastic! The customer service is also fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes teas and just needs to unwind.

The employees was so nice!!! I’m not a fan of tea and I loved the chocolate rose tea! The cups and dishes was so pretty! Will come there again
My first outing with my newborn was here, met up with a few friends and wow was I impressed, service was amazing and I’m still craving more of the Citrus Mint herbal tea + the spinach & artichoke dip was amazing - I’m a huge fan of this dip and try it anywhere I go, top 2 in the QC easy. The atmosphere was classy but inviting, can’t wait to come back, especially during summer when we can try out that patio area I eyed while there. Definitely recommend if you like tea...can’t comment on the wine because every wine I’ve ever had has tasted like varying degrees of tire water, willing to try another if anyone has suggestions though.
This was a great place to come and do homework while sipping on tea and having a flatbread. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and they have great booths that are comfortable to sit at. The tea pot sits over a candle which keeps it hot, so I didn't have to worry about it getting cold while I worked. I also really like that it's a family owned business, and the service was great. I'll definitely be back! 😊
OMG this place is incredible! Very elegant beautiful quiet setting. Wonderful selection of teas, beers and wine. The White tea - Vanilla and Pear is great. Only appetizers and desserts for "food" - but that's plenty to enjoy a quiet time with your spouse, right after work; or after dinner (they're open til 10). It is well worth the trip - you will love it!
Jen is a true professional! I love this place! She is helping me plan an event. She is totally on top of everything. She is very kind and makes excellent suggestions. I dont need to worry about anything. She follows up and is dedicated to perfect customer service. I would recommend Element to anyone. Its cute, comfortable. The food and wine are amazing great selection. Turtle cake is heaven! Thank you for everything. I am excited for the bridal shower!
I have been here twice and have had nothing but the best customer service and most cordial hosts. For only being here twice, I've sampled 8 of the food menu items and have loved everything! It's my new favorite spot for relaxing and unwinding conversation with friends. The wine and tea selection is not overwhelming, I've not been disappointed! I look forward to trying more of them!
