Location, food, and service were all average. May consider coming in the future, but all places are quite understaffed right now, food is rushed, and service may take longer if a place is busy.

Found a dead cockroach on one of my order smudged on. We tried calling the store and no answers. The automated phone answered the phone and says all employees are busy with the customers but when I picked up my orders there was no customers to be busy. I've been in there before picking up my online orders and they HAVE 4-5 waitresses and with the pandemic there isn't a lot of customers. The other waitresses would just let the phone ring and ring. Some would just conversate of what they did last night or there plans for the week or weekend.

My kids like pancakes and IHOP has good pancakes, so we occasionally go. I had the new chicken and waffles with bacon and cheddar. It was ok. The chicken was over cooked, and it needs somthing else--maybe some heat? My wife got a burger and she liked it. Kids go for the pancakes and they always love it. The service is not the greatest in the evenings. There is usually only one waitress, but only a couple families in the whole restaurant. Even though there isn't much going on, the refills are slow and they always seem to hate to be there. Allot of us think our jobs suck, but when serving people, you smile and pretend anyway.

Good food for picky eaters!! the wait time (10 mins)was not bad for the current situation of social distancing they were cleaning and wearing different face precautions. You do have to ask for the syrup and its currently in disposable cups.

Decent omelets, pancakes, and burgers, but the atmosphere is lacking and they struggle to keep it clean. The facility is deteriorating. Several of the lightbulbs at tables are burnt out. Also, the don't answer their phone.

It's a fairly standard IHOP. Clean but not spotless. Service was nice but sightly slow at 9:30 am Saturday morning with the house maybe half full. Pancakes were fantastic, other food was pretty ok. $1 short stacks coming up Tuesday May 21st.

Waitress never checked on us..was busy gossiping about her co-workers and complaining about the job. Had a bug in my cup and never got to ask for a new drink since she never checked on us..just kept complaining about the host not seating her area and someone taking too many bathroom breaks.. and how so and so shouldn't be working there etc.

Came in to try a burger, and I was whelmed. Top bun appears to have been painted with grease. The fries are pale and floppy. The fried egg in the burger was good, though. Maybe they should stick to breakfast foods.
Wouldn't recommend.
