The staff was trying their best to get the sandwiches out as quickly as they could. Most businesses are super short staffed and struggling right now. I would like to acknowledge how nice the service was and how hard they were trying and my sandwich was great! When I walked in I noticed several patrons without food in front of them so it was obvious that everyone must have come in at once. The pop machine was having issues with CO2 in the middle of lunch rush. There were only two people making sandwiches while I was there. Regardless of the struggles, they really stayed positive and stepped up and it was worth the wait!
The sammys are delish. The service is great. The line sitch is super weird. I understand the need for tables are seating availability to accomadate their customers, but for realz, you really need to designate a committed line area. Take just 2 may 3 tables out so people can stand in line and not feel like creepdogs hovering over folks trying to eat their stuff.
We LOVE their new gluten free option. Hands down the best gluten free sub in the area, that we've tried. We usually order online and just pick up. There have been a few times that I arrive when my order is supposed to be ready but they haven't even started making my order. Usually not a biggie but sometimes can be an inconvenience. It doesn't keep us from ordering though.
Every sub I've had off the menu has been delicious! Super quick everytime I been there! Hooked and will be a return customer as long as the doors open lol.
