When you put together a door dash order do you even check to make sure its right? Also why is there not a receipt with my order? Its really not that hard.
Food was good. Customer service was horrible! as we ate, I listened to the staff swearing in the back. I asked for a receipt and was told that they don't have a receipt machine. What kind of business can't give you a receipt?

Regular employee was very sweet and let my boyfriend and I use our own cups ( we paid for 2 drinks) but at shift change the manager yelled at us for having soda in the cups. I was very disappointed in the quality of the triple Whopper w/cheese sandwich and the fries I received. The burgers were dry and overcooked; the sandwich was only lukewarm. The fries were cold. I will never go back to the location at 53rd Street and Brady Street in Davenport, Iowa.
