Love, love, love Pollo Tropical! The fresh ingredients are the star of the show! Cilantro lime sauce is amazing on everything!
Cleanliness: The building is kept up, not always super clean but considering the volume of people that come and in and out - - it's fine 6/10
Food: The food is fresh, delicious, and cheap BUT it's a hit or a miss when it comes to the quality of the chicken, sometimes they'll give you a freshly gril
