It's good burger and fries. But if you order a shake separately from the meal, ask for it every couple minutes. Ours was in the fridge waiting on who knows what for 20 min. We had to wait until someone came out to ask.
I've always liked Steak And Shake. On our last visit the staff was friendly and the food came out fast. My only complaint and the one thing that sometimes steers us away from going is the self ordering kiosks. You don't deal with a person until your food comes out.
I didn't like only kiosk service, only 4 stations and only 1 took cash. I wouldn't want to be there at lunch hour. Not good for the elderly. Good chocolate shake.

Great food and low prices. Also kids eat for free on weekends when you spend more than $9 dollars. Servers was very polite and served us fast. Very busy specially during weekends but I have never had to wait to long to be seated since they have plenty of tables.
They make the best burgers and fries..I love that you can also order shakes. My favorite part is fries and a shake, and the burgers if you have room too. The drive-through lines are long but that assures you they are cooking your meal as you wait. If you eat inside you have to play the crane game...

Order at the quioskos in the front. You can pay cash or with card. Take a seat and wait to get called. Nice, clean location. They have someone CONSTANTLY cleaning and picking up. Food is always great here.
The food is good, but the service is really slow. The bathrooms and the place in general is not kept clean... we visited on a Friday night so maybe this was the reason.
Never have a problem when we go to eat here. Yummy burgers and onion rings 🤤 also the shakes are to die for.
