We went there today right before watching The Revenant at Cinemark Paradise. The food was great and the waitress kept on checking up on us. The owner came by to say hello. There were a couple of idiots seated right behind us who kept on giving the poor waitress a hard time but she kept smiling and doing her best to accommodate them. I think one of the clowns was intoxicated. The chimichangas were awesome. Ill definitely be back.

Great experience and great delicious food. Staff was awesome especially the manager and bus boy who was great at upselling the mint lemonade. People need to understand that the prices reflect the time, quality, and energy it takes to produce great food so you get what you pay for. Definitely found my go to Mexican spot in the neighborhood. Definitely going back for the elote as much as I can.

We just came across this restaurant on the way to the movies! It was outrageously delicious! We highly recommend visiting and plan to make it a regular place for us! The food is all house made and fresh.

This restaurant was amazing! Serious foodies need to go here. Do you like Chipotle? Well this is a step up and it's price comparable. We sampled the entire menu and it's original and amazing. The shrimp tacos taste like lobster, the margaritas are amazing, the sauces like none other. Great service, good bar selection, try it tonight!

So I ordered the chicken milanasa sandwich and my mom and i briefly discussed in front of the cashier I have an allergy to guac. So the food comes and my mom starts first and says don't eat it cause there's gauc on it so I'm like oops I guess I didn't make my self clear enough my bad so I ordered a chicken quesadilla for myself and asked very clearly for just chicken and cheese with extra cheese and the beans on the side. Food comes and everything is on it! I wouldn't of cared so much but there was this nasty salsa on it and I couldn't bare it. So the nice lady cashier nicely accommodated me, do to the error and I was not aware the chicken and steak is premarinated with that salsa. So I ordered shrimp tacos (this time no charge) just lettuce and cheese. Food came it was really good I was satisfied finally. I'm hoping I just had a bad experience but the people were nice and my tacos were good. It's a good place to eat if you like that salsa cause they put it on everything but not me.

I love this place!!! You can choose a variety of tacos and get them individually. Unlike other places you're forced to get two or three of the same. Their bar is amazing they have good sangrias and micheladas! #favoritetacoplace

I have never before been moved to write a review of any sort but this unimaginable experience has upset me beyond belief.I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that charges for chips / salsa when you order entrees or drinks; not only was that a surprise but when told we could have a refill, we were then charged on the bill for an "side salsa" after already being charged once for chips / salsa. This was a complete insult; the owner must be delusional and has no concept of reasonable business practices. It is no longer a mystery of why the gratuity is included regardless of the number of customers at the table--the service is deplorable and the customer is outraged throughout the dining experience and charged for unreasonable and customarily free items.Ridiculous. The server was quite rude and the experience was very uncomfortable. Two entrees were ordered and we were quickly threatened that if we shared any part of our meals there would be a $10 sharing charge...How do you enforce a sharing charge when 2 people order separate dinners.Prices are far too high for the horrible experience and mediocre food that was provided during my recent visit. Worst Mexican restaurant experience of my life. Appears that many other customers have been extremely disappointed by this establishment as well.

The prices were always ridiculous but now they have raised them even more. Now they do not even bring salsa and chips and you have to pay extra for it. I did pay extra and it was not even good like the old recipe. Could not even eat it. In a sit down pricey Mexican restaurant I expect to be greeted with chips and salsa. Server barely speaks English and did not get the order correct. Soft taco ordered and brought hard taco. Cheese dip as appetizer and brought with the meal. Told that they had no sweetener for tea but served it to another customer. The chef knows how to cook but the experience is horrible. I won't continue to come here. Also now 15% gratuity is added automatically and service was slow and horrible.

Worse dining experience ever ..no joke!. So we went here for a date night & it was a disaster! The cooks messed up on both of our orders... When manager asked how everything was we told him and he said we were being "disrespectful" really?! You asked and we told you the truth. It clearly showed on our receipt what we ordered and both meals were wrong. He just didn't want to hear it! Go to Labamabas for awesome Mexican/Cuban food!

So far so good. I haven't eaten inside but I did order a chicken quesadilla to go off their Lunch Specials (11-4pm only $7.99). Not sure what a traditional Mexican chicken quesadilla is supposed to taste like but as far as my mouth is concerned it was damn good. It wasn't a basic dry chicken and cheese quesadilla. I don't know how its cooked but it seems that the chicken is cooked in some salsita with onions and I think maybe peppers so the chicken was really juicy. I really enjoyed it. The flavors reminded me of something my abuelita would have cooked; it was that good. I plan to try other items off the menu and hope they are as good as this quesadilla was.The menu on this urbanspoon site appears to be out dated though.

Worse experience ever! Won't recomend it!. I went to have some Margaritas and appetizers for my birthday! For my husband and my surprise, they were serving our Margaritas without Tequila. It was plain lemonade. Anyone that knows about Margaritas, knows that it has Tequila!<br/>We were charge $65.00 dollars for 5 lemonades...$13.00 dollars each.<br/>Next day talking about my experience to a Mexican friend who recommended their Margaritas, she was surprise by the change in prices when she paid $8.00 dollars for hers at dinner time and WITH TEQUILA. I found it biased, and with lack of respect to clients!
