My sister and I came for our first time last night and it was nice! Took a little bit to be waited on. Told our waiter it was our first time and she helped us through the menu. Everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. I forgot to grab a picture of the entree but we devoured it!

This was our first time eating at The Melting pot and it was absolutely amazing and delicious. Will definitely do it again sometime. Perfect place for celebrating an anniversary, birthday, or just an extra special date night. More of an up scale restaurant. Our server was Donte’ and he was an awesome waiter, respectful & accommodating!

We came for Fantasy Fondue and got to meet princess Rapunzel. She came around multiple times and gave hugs and took photos. She was so personable and attentive. She did a story time with all the kids when meals were wrapping up. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Everything came out in a timely manner that didn’t feel rushed. This event was such a fun time for families or even a “date” with your little one.

My daughter thought the flaming turtle was really amazing. The bourbon bacon fondue is my personal favorite. Our server during the last visit, Carolyn, was above and beyond! She drew a butterfly in icing for my 7 year old-Lifetime memories made that night for sure ❤️

My wife made reservations here for my birthday. Great place to eat with friends, and family, or romantic dinner. Overall the food was good and you have to cook it. Make sure you have $100 + cause they ain't cheap and if you have plans the next day or work. Try to schedule something early. We got there at 6 pm and we didn't leave until about 8:30. Reason was you had to cook the meat yourself and it'll take time based on your preference on how you like your meat cooked. You have choices on your starter, entree, and desserts. Different chocolates and a very detailed menu that'll break down what's included and what isn't if you are allergic to nuts, etc. But overall I had a good time you don't have time to look at your phone and you won't be bored cause you'll be busy cooking. 😂 Shout out to our waiter ~Keyawna~ for welcoming us and making our dining experience enjoyable and being very knowledgeable about the menu choices and options.

The Melting Pot was the *perfect* place to take my then-girlfriend when I was ready to propose. I spent most of the days leading up to the proposal feeling nervous, going back and forth between rings to make sure I had just the perfect one, and I wasn't quite sure how I wanted to propose. Then I called The Melting Pot and asked if they could help with the proposal. I got an immediate, "Of course we can!" and felt a sense of relief wash over me. The confidence in that person's voice as they started describing some of the things they could do helped calm my nerves - I knew then that I was in good hands. As we arrived for our Thurs-date dinner, I slipped the ring into the hands of the hostess, who assured me she'd get it safely to our server. Speaking of our server, Angel was *incredible*! She was perfectly attentive, easy to talk to, and was genuinely one of the sweetest humans I've had the pleasure of interacting with. She explained the fondue process and just put me at ease immediately. I had never been to The Melting Pot before, so I had no idea what to expect, but I certainly was not disappointed. Our table was covered in rose petals, the lights were low, and there was a very calming feeling to the whole experience. This was great ambiance for a date night. The first course of cheese fondue (we chose the Wisconsin Cheddar) was brought out, with a tray of delightful carbs (pretzel bread, white bread, and nacho chips) and veggies, and I truly believe I could have made a meal of just that (who doesn't love cheese and bread?) The meal only got better from there. Second course was the salad course. My fiancé, in predictable fashion, chose the caprese salad with no tomatoes (she loves basil and hates tomatoes) and I chose the house salad. Both were excellent (and tasty) choices. I was getting a bit full (there really were so many delicious options) but my eyes lit up at the main course. Herb crusted chicken, salmon, filet, and the potatoes were all instant favs with me, while my fiancé loved the shrimp and mushrooms as well. One of the things I truly appreciated was how flexible the staff was. Due to food allergies, we asked to switch one item out for potstickers instead, and they did so with no problems at all (and the potstickers were so yummy!). Now, at this point in the meal, I'm starting to get jumpy because I know dessert is coming - and with dessert comes the ring. As the dessert plate is set down I see that someone took the time to cut roses out of strawberries, placing them next to the ring box on the plate, with the words "Will you marry me?" written in chocolate. As soon as my beautiful fiancé looked down and saw that, her hands flew to her mouth and she said, "Yes, of course." Relief flooded over me at this point - not that I was worried that she would say no, but I was just grateful that the ring came to the right table. Can you imagine if Fred and Wilma at the table next to us, on their 2nd date, had accidentally gotten that plate? Poor Fred would have been in a pickle! Good thing I had professionals handling this. 😉 Brad (the general manager) stopped by our table at this time to congratulate us and offer us some celebratory glasses of champagne. We thanked him, but declined since neither of us drinks champagne. He then came back a bit later with Sprite and strawberries in champagne flutes for us - such a sweet gesture! Truly, it was a night to remember, and I am grateful for the staff who went out of their way to make our night special. 10 out of 10, I fully recommend this restaurant and all of the staff there. They will elevate your date night to an absolutely perfect evening.

We ate here for the first time today The food and service was excellent! Our waiter, Casey, was attentive and explained how things worked. Plenty of food for those with large appetites. (When the 1st course of cheese fondue arrived and Casey filled the fondue pot with cheese we wondered how we would be able to eat anything past the first course. We couldn't finish the dessert fondue, but amazingly they are able to save the chocolate fondue in a take home container and provided a box for the dipping treats. We will eat here again. Our only complaint is with the lighting in the restaurant set at romance levels and with the menu item descriptions set in small type we had a little difficulty reading the menu. Perhaps they could make a large print menu available upon request for boomers. The menu is available on their web site so one could plan his/her menu choices ahead of time.

The Melting Pot is always a great place for a date night, but be prepared to spend at least $100 if you are doing the four courses. I would recommend the potstickers and wild mushroom ravioli.

Service was excellent, food delicious. Way too much food for my sister and I. Next time we are going with the salad and cheese fondue only. If we still have room we will finish with the turtle fondue. Already looking forward to our next visit.

This was our first visit. Our server, Samantha, was friendly and fun and took the time to explain the process of the 4 courses. We will definitely return and ask for her specifically. What a fun date night or way to celebrate a special day!

The restaurant is fancier than you might initially think. The atmosphere is dark and relaxing; a great place for a classy date. The staff was very friendly and helpful: I especially enjoyed our server Amy's welcoming, friendly, and helpful banter. She explained everything very clearly; it was obvious she knew the menu in and out. The food was good, but the reason you go is really for the experience. If you're hungry, this isn't a place for a quick bite. Anyone familiar with fondue understands this but I did not, at first. I did enjoy the unique eating experience but the meat and such was pretty basic. The cooking broth was great but the best part was the cheese fondue. The sauces were very good, but you can get caught up with the cooking that you forget about them. It's the kind of place you go to have a conversation with friends or family over food, not to eat a fully satisfying meal. We enjoyed our time there and we all said we'd go back again. I would recommend this place as nice date or a spot to go with friends but know that you're paying a hefty amount for the experience.
