Just enjoyed dinner here this evening with my family. Even though we expected to wait a while based on the long drive thru line we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we received our food. The restaurant was clean, and all staff were smiling and friendly. I tried the new Spicy Southwest Salad with the Chili Lime Vinaigrette - delicious! I must also highlight our server, a delightful young lady named Sunny whose name says it all. When she brought our meal to the table she apologized that one item wouldn't be ready for a few minutes, and offered to replace it with any other menu item. When we told her it was no big deal and we would just wait the fact that she was surprised we didn't yell at her is a sad commentary on the way people treat food industry employees. Hopefully in the future she has more positive customer interactions, as she truly was a sweet girl. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience, and for reminding me why I love Chick-fil-A!
Chick-fil-a has their s*** 100% together! Ive never seen so many people working together in a fast food sort of restaurant and do such a magnificent job. Good for you benchwood fil-a! I was very much impressed!! �
Never have had a bad experience here and I manage to eat here quite often, lol. Always have friendly service and great tasting food. If anything is ever not right, they fix it quickly with a good attitude! #lovemesomechickfila #mypleasure
This is going to sound like a negative post at first but it's far from that. Today our food order was passed over and we spent 15 mins wondering where it was. Now if you have been at this location you know how busy they are, so we waited patiently. I finally went up to the counter and told them what was going on. They quickly got me my food and not only that gave me a free cookie but also a free meal card, which they did not have to do. I want my daughter, that was with me, to see how doing things with joy and love is far better than flying off the handle. Thank you! The food is awesome and I will always be back. �
