This place is golden. The honey chicken and green curry are two of my personal favorites. I can't make it past a 3 (out of 10) with the spice here. She is serious about that spice.
If you're looking for some amazing Thai made-to-order right in front of you, this is your place.
Oh, and be patient. It's 100% worth any wait.
Delicious food at a great price!
This is the best Thai food in Dayton. Don't be in a hurry, she can be slow but it's worth the wait!
Fabulous. Amazing spring rolls, pad Thai, and Thai coffee! Good prices too! Hoing back to try the Mussamam Curry which I am sure won't disappoint...
Great little place. I like splitting the pad thai and yummy burger with a friend so I can get the best of both while I'm there.
My favorite lunch spot! If you're looking for an inexpensive but very tasty lunch place, White Lotus is perfect for you. I was apprehensive at first trying a restaurant that served both Thai and American food but I'm so happy I did. If you show up and there's a crowd, you could be waiting a while for your food since the lady who runs the place works alone but it is totally worth the wait. Best diner in town!!!
Great place, if you have the time. This place is set up in an old burger shop, and hasn't bothered to dispose of the old signs (in what seems to be a trend). There are around 10-15 seats, but unless there are only a few others inside you should expect a longer-than normal wait.
We had the tofu and chicken Pad Thai, and tried the coconut soup and Thai iced tea. The coconut soup tasted nothing like coconut (is it supposed to? I have no idea) and was a bit spicy for my preferences (for reference I can handle, at most, the medium sauce at BW3). It was also plenty for two people if used as an appetizer, which is perfect because that's exactly what we did, and it did taste pretty awesome. The iced tea was sweet and tasted somewhat like chai. Kind of looks like a milkshake. This was my first time eating Pad Thai so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but I was quite pleased with it. The noodles were just a little softer than I prefer, though I did forget about it entirely pretty quickly.
Overall the food was great and I highly recommend this place if you're not in a rush.
Great Pad Thai. Fantastic Pat Thai - and Awesome Thai Iced Tea... This is the hidden gem of Dayton - If Diners Drive-Ins n Dives makes its way back here, Guy has got to stop.
Cheap Alternative Thai Option. Not your ordinary Thai Restaurant (also makes burgers and breakfast sandwiches). This joint can be slow at times (as there is only one cook, and she takes her sweet time). The selection is very limited, but dishes are not overladen with peanut sauce and coconut milk, as you may find at other Thai restaurants.
Tasty.... Very small place and may take a little long for order to be ready but it is worth the wait. Food is very, very tasty. I would definately go back. They even sell burgers!
Tops Thai 9 in some areas.
