I had mixed feelings about the decision that was made to get rid of the servers inside the restaurant, but today everything was perfect. The food was hot, delicious and the gentleman that brought it out was very polite. The whole family finished the meal off with a signature shake as well. I’m sure
Not sure when you guys started wrapping the burgers like this but THANK YOU! This makes eating while driving more convenient as I don't have to worry about grease dripping on my clothes. The only issue is I didn't get any napkins.
It was OK. Service was friendly and fast. The burger was not seared as you can see in the photo. It was put together haphazardly. A little greasy. The onion rings were cold and the topping didn't taste fresh. Will try again and give update.
LOVE the new ordering process. The food came out very quickly and hot and delicious!!! The food is BETTER now than it used to be! Definitely recommend this steak and shake. Also it was very clean, the service was fantastic and very friendly!! Best burgers and Nutella milkshake!

The inside service is fantastic! They came out to help with ordering and after I finished my hamburger and shake (served on an old fashion large shake glass), the manager came out and asked how everything was. I loved everything--food, service, cleanliness and helpfulness. HIGHLY recommended!!!
Thus Steak 'n Shake is always a great option for fast, good food. I love the Frisco Melt and of course those skinny fries are the best! The shakes are good too but I personally am not a fan of the thick whipped cream topper.
