Cold Stone Creamery - Dayton - Photo album

I was not impressed at all. The workers were really nice but we ordered a strawberry milkshake and what we got was strawberry flavored milk. It did not taste like there was any ice cream in it. This was my first time to Cold Stone and I am not sure I will be going back.
Excellent ice-cream, super slow and uninspiring service. The upper management needs to visit this location, I've visited it twice in two days (Cold Stone is by far my favorite ice-cream) and the service was super slow, the young folks working there were not trained properly (they habitually broke th
I have been to this location twice. Waited over 30 minutes to get ice cream both times. Staff seems overwhelmed and is pretty rude on top of it. It clearly suffers from poor management and understaffing. Avoid at all costs, don't waste your time.
My wife and I love this place. We love how our taste buds celebrate and our fat belly’s jiggle in jubilation.
Just wanted to update my review: After not receiving a callback concerning my complaint, I drove the half hour to address my issue directly. The young man working as manager contacted his boss and immediately compensated me. I am always satisfied when he takes care of me. Hopefully he finds a career
I called to confirm at what time they were closing and they said at 9:30 (with an attitude) so I stopped by at 9:14, and when I arrived the door were already locked. If I could give no stars I would.
I got the Founders Favorite.....ice cream, pecans, brownie, caramel & fudge syrup and I added white chips. DELICIOUS!!! Staff was friendly. I would have given it 5 stars, but it's a little pricey.
Visiting from a different city in Ohio! When I say they are so unprofessional. Sheesh. Our second visit same store, same results. They were rude again.
