Me and my boyfriend got two strawberry cheesecake Sundays a piece we each got a large Coke and we shared a large fry. I usually would give them five stars but I can't because the ice cream was like already melted and it just wasn't right. I was really disappointed tonight.
The lady who works there with the pink hair got me right. She was so patient and polite with me even though I felt like I was making my order complicated. Everything was in the bag fresh and I couldn't have been more grateful. This might be the best Rally's in the city, honestly.

I ordered fries!! They were HOT 🔥, fresh and delicious!! The server even complimented my purple 💜 hair!!! So sweet!! This Rally's has no inside seating.
Been there three times in the last month and each time been long delayed. 1st time it was that their register went down. 2nd was their ice cream machine went down. 3rd time they were doing a "shift change." Either need better equipment, better class of workers, or maybe both.

Went on 4-14-22 @ night. Drive thru said thru speaker, they were only doing mobile orders and lost a LOT of customers who drove off. I did the mobile order on the website but was not able to order any shakes, ice-cream, or slushies. Food ended up being decent, but very inconvenient.
