Service was good & accurate that’s all u can ask for at 1am. Food was good , it’s Krystal’s I wasn’t expecting anything mind bowing. The lady in the drive thru was doing her thing also. Looked like they were short staffed so there was a line but still no complaints.
The only good experience here was the lady that fixed my drink. I had to run my card 3 times before they figured out the cashier wasn't signed in. It took forever to get my food. When I did get my food it was so hot in the restaurant that it was uncomfortable to sit there and eat. I ended up leaving

Food was hot and okay, but they are out of Chili, Tots, and the tables and floor hasn't been cleaned all day and its after 6pm. Definitely needs to be cleaned up and the menu items you dont have, need to be marked on the menu somehow. Ridiculous as a Krystals.
