Food was hot but spicy chicken was not spicy at all. It had what looked like spicy seasoning but was far from it.

They are super slow. I was doing door dash. They asked for the names at the speaker. They did not pull the tickets to start the orders until I got to the window and then asked me to pull forward. Very long line and long wait in the drive thru. The place is closed for dining in. The drive thru staff were polite, and my order was accurate. Wish they didn't put my coleslaw in the box with steaming hot chicken. I like my coleslaw cold. It was warm when I got home. The biscuits were hard and dry.

They only have drive thru. I waited for 25 minutes to get my daughter a kids meal. She only wanted a chicken leg and mac n cheese... the didn't have mac... the didn't have lemonade. Like why wait for that long and not even get what u wanted.... never going to this one again.
Used to be a good place to get a chicken sandwich. My last few trips there have been awful - long line and slow, out of chicken sandwiches or other things, cold food that just seemed significantly lower quality than the time before.
