Had an early Friday night dinner around 5pm. Not busy at all and staff was very attentive. I ordered the Haystack and my wife had a chicken Taco Salad. The Haystack is a great breakfast dish and the portion was large. The chicken Taco Salad was a little bland and unseasoned, but good. We recommend

First time trying the New Moon Cafe and I was pleasantly surprised. Atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly, & food was hot and fresh. I ordered scrambled eggs,bacon & French toast. Walk in, only 1 table has people at it. Literally, not figuratively, every other table was covered with dirty dishes. Waitress sitting and talking to the only people there. Told to sit anywhere and they’d get around to cleaning it. That took 15 minutes and only after I
LoL read the reviews and they made us want to try it. Don't believe we have seen the waitress that is overly friendly LoL but all the ones we have had has been great. We love the food, come in on the weekend's always friendliest people. Plus we looked good paint job and floor boards everywhere.
Went there for the first time ever recently as my pool league was sitting there! Ordered their $5 pick 3 special and it didn't disappoint! Will definitely be going back with my kids
