Very poor experience. Do not order from the Pizza Hut on King Street in Decatur, IL. There are plenty of other places with better food, better service, and better parking. I only give this one star, because it wouldn't let me give it zero.
I always like pizza hut but I went there yesterday to order in store and I was I told you can't order like that it has to be online order only. I never saw a sign in the front and to me that is discrimination. Oh well you just lost a customer pizza hut.
Pizza and Breadsticks were ice cold, and the cinnamon sticks were rock hard. Very disappointing for spending $30 plus a $5.00 tip to the driver.
For one actually make my order and not hang up the phone on me. Never received this order because your employee says that the phone number was not updated in the system yet we were getting updated text messages and she said she supposedly tried to call because if you guys were out of ingredients and
Two things I will say. 1.) They continually get orders incorrect. 2.) They are rude and ripped me off.
That I have the right toppings on my pizza. And the right saw so my wings. Other than that you all usually are perfect spot on.
Add more sauce to pizzas. They would be amazing then. Everything else tastes great
My pizza was way too done the pepperonis were crunchy. I paid for a stuffed crust no sale pizza. I was not happy
