I had them prepare a ham, mashed potatoes, cranberries, bread for Thanksgiving. It all came out great, no complaints. The line was long, but that was for people who didn't order ahead. So we got to skip the line. Quick in and out. So great job for them.

My company had a Thanksgiving luncheon and I picked the sweet potato casserole, because I was definitely not cooking any pre-thanksgiving food.! Lol I did attempt to order the casserole tray via the Boston Market website but you have to order a minimum of $150 in order for it to go through. Thank goodness the lady at the store was able to accommodate my small tray of their sweet potato casserole with less than a 24-hour notice!😁 I picked it up the next morning, nice and hot 🔥. I just want to say that I had an amazing experience here and I continue to enjoy this Particular Boston market because I come only out of my town which is an Islip and I do not like the service in my town I constantly get the same treatment the food is not cooked constantly I won't say the name of the place but we already know there's only 2 Boston market this facility in deer park is amazing the ladies are kind the food is always fresh well put together they deserve raises just because they're always so kind and sweet I love what they do they keep everything nice And the food is good it's not mushy and the macaroni cheese is not watery and they actually turn that food over that's what we want thank you guys once again I had to share this
I enjoy it there. the food is great and the chicken is very tender. i love the workers there they are so nice and always greet me with a smile. the cookies there are to die for and i usually get the new chicken nuggets which are also good and the price is perfect
Food didn't taste like cardboard mcdonalds meals. Order was prepared on time and staff was friendly. It really was like a homemade dinner. I enjoyed the food and I would definitely buy again from this spot. Thank you
I can't believe Boston Market closed down for good in Deer park. They should close KFC ALSO THEY SUX
This Boston Market was a very good experience for me. I couldn't decide what to order, so the very sweet Spanish young lady with blonde hair helped me decide. She was very warm and friendly and every one who works at these fast food places should be like her.

Great food but I'm becoming disappointed with their portions and pricing. I only go if I have a coupon, internet deal, bogo and/or store promo. But it's still the best "home type cooked meals" compared to all other fast food chains and they have a great staff, service & quality! It definitely beats eating the same thing from "the other" fast food chains all the time.
Friendly staff good food but string beans no longer available
I drove an hr from the city to visit a deal an got disappointed because they sold the vehicle. But all wasnt lost boston market to the rescue. It was nice to stop an have some comforting food an a good conversation. As I walked in the staff greeted of even the staff in the back (nice) they where patient with us an even made suggestion as we somewhat undecided (no rush). The facility was well clean an presentable, the dining area was quiet an nice. Oh an the restroom was ni e an clean (men)
Food was correct and packaged well, it was just a bit warm, not hot enough! When I went to p/u at the time they told me it was already sitting there!
The food was freshly made. My family enjoyed. We haven't eaten from Boston Market for years!
