We were waiting by ice cream ( employees saw us entering in front and doing toward icecream)and for 10 min no one out of 4 people by donuts came to ask 2 of us for help. And when we did walk towards the donuts and complained no one even apologised.

Everything in this dunkin is great except the employees. Most of them always have an additude when you go in & there super slower weather busy or not. They don't pay attention to what you say either.
