Since you probably know what Panera is, let me share my thoughts on my local one...
There is a lot of seating to choose from, you can take a booth or a table, by the food bar or in the back room, inside or outside - all up to you.

The whole safe was so welcoming! I called to see that time the place closes i alwats feel bad when its an hour before since i also work in food. Just the cashier to the manager where so inviting the experience was just wonderful! He even gave use free cookiea for the visit :)
Fresh food! I had 1/2 sandwich and the seasonal Corn Chowder soup. Delicious! Great people. Good service. I was even offered a sample taste or the yummy soup before confirming my order!
Excellent service by the little guy Arturo!!!!! One of the best customer service that I have ever received. Food was delicious too!!!! Achieves optimal levels of performance and accomplishment!! I've always liked this location especially when I lived in Lake Zurich. Employees and management are friendly and food is always great. This place is also open till 10pm which is great for traveller's like myself.
It's always excellent. Wonder why no mugs...not crazy about the throw-away cups. How about a little discount if you bring your own? 5 cents? 10 cents?
It was good, but something was a little off with their broccoli-cheddar soup. It could have been my taste buds were off that day, so will have try this location again sometime.
Really good service. The food is always good. This is not a "order at the table" site, yet... Hoping it will be soon. No changing table in the men's bathroom.

I have only been here for breakfast and coffee and have always been pleased with the food and service. This location has fantastic window lines, giving it a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
We came for lunch during the lunch rush but didnt have to wait long. The staff were very friendly. The chicken salad sandwich was great.
Friendly staffs and clean also. It wasn't so crowded. They had sanitizing station at the entrance also. Loved the coffee and bagels.
