At first, I was definitely turned off by the ambiance–it was quiet and we were one of two groups. BUT we went at an odd time (3:15pm) and most all places are short staffed. However, the food was great: fresh and fast. The staff turned out to be lovely. Surprised to see this place so quiet; would go again.

Staff wasextremely welcoming and friendly. We ordered the French dip and chef salad, everything was exceptionally delicious with generous proportions. I would not hesitate to return here and try just about everything on the menu. Their website was one of the best I have seen as all of the nutritional information for everything on the menu is available there.

Delicious fresh food in a well-lit open space dining room. Turkey sandwich was tasty and prepared to order. Nick was super friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable given the generous portions and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend.

All though I've only been here around 3 times I can confidently say this is the best sandwich place I've ever been. I always get the ham and cheese melt with a broccoli cheddar soup on the side. The sandwich is just perfect, the right amount of everything. The soup isn't as good as Panera's but Its still reasonably good and better then Potbelly's. They get the food out at a timely manner and are always very kind. ♥

Stay away from this place. Ordered online for pickup. Came to window and they said order did not go through. I have an email confirmation. They said they can do in 5 min. Ok shit happens. 15 min later got food and a sorry. Ok shit happens again. Came home and missing 2 desserts, the wrong soup and forgot my loaded baked potatoe. Keep the money. Your gonna need it when u are fighting to stay open with this service. To finish it off food was sub par.

We had a very good first lunch, from the new McAlister's Deli in Deerfield! We got two different sammiches, and they were very delicious. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well-assembled. It was very convenient being able to order on the app, then drive up to the window to pick up. The unsweetened tea was very refreshing, and I enjoyed the cole slaw and potato salad along with the Italian sub. My better half wolfed down her BLT with guacamole spread. I'm definitely looking forward to trying even more of their extensive menu.

Food is decent and menu is extensive, but the service is lacking. My first visit they forgot the dressing on my salad. My second visit my order hadn't come out after 22 minutes and when I asked about it they had to go find it. By that time I told them I had to go back to work and didn't have time to eat anymore, and the manager asked me if I still wanted it. What kind of question is that? I asked them to just pack it to go and comp it and we'd be square, but the manager would not give me any sort of proof, just said to ask for Jason next time I come. Not sure if there's going to be a next time... and after all that they still forgot the dressing.

First time customer....the menu had lots of options with the flexibility to customize. The customer service was excellent. My family loved it. Plus there is outdoor seating. Definitely will make a return visit.

Food was great but tea was lacking (stale) and Leticia behind the counter didn't seem to know what was going on. I had to repeat my order three time to her and I am still not convinced she knew what I was ordering.

I absolutely loved my first visit to McAlisters. The food was great and so was the service. Such a great family place. Chad was extremely friendly and helpful at the pickup window. There was mixup with my order(my fault, should have told them my son was lactose intolerant) and Chad was very patient and understanding. He took care of the issue immediately. I got the French dip with broccoli cheddar soup, and both were delicious. Overall definitely recommend a visit! Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Ate there yesterday. My wife had a salad which was good. I had the corned beef sandwich.Not very good, the corned beef I think was pressed ,the bread was soggy and I don't think there was any thousand island dressing on it.

Used to go to one in Texas , and when we saw this one opening we tried it out . Its good employees lil slow , i guess in the training mode still ... but its pretty good and will be going back.
