Papa Johns Pizza - Defiance - Photo album

Ordered a supreme pizza. I’m pretty sure that I see one slice has no toppings on it. Not to mention it was hard to get waited on in the place to pick it up because people think they can cut in line. Last time I ever go to papa johns in defiance. Plus it’s a food restaurant…. No hairnets? Or hats?

Been buying here for years and was generally satisfied. Just got pizza and not only paid more but was made with significantly less dough. Cheaper ingredients also. Different tomatoes, different sausage, DIFFERENT PIZZA. Not the experience I'm used to. Change it back or you're gonna lose my business

Went there today to pick up my Pizza and there was a customer that may have a developmental delay at the desk and he wanted to talk with all the workers. Everyone that worked today showed empathy, kindness, and made his day with your fun loving costumer service. Really warmed my heart. ❤️❤️❤️

Took forever to answer phone. Then ur order is taken by a 3rd party line who barely spoke English. Took almost 10 min to order just a small pizza. When I got their I decided on a soda. It took almost 5 min for the person to figure out how to put it into the computer. Punched almost 30 buttons for 2

After 10 minutes of the same questions on ordering and saying the order was submitted,we showed up to get our pizza and they had no order from us..wait what??!! Bullcrap!! First time going there and it's definitely my last!!
