Great food all the time.. I love the chicken..Now, the girl working the window didn't seem very attentive tho.. had to repeat my order twice. I got my food and should have checked it then and there but instead I drove home only to realize my order was short.. it was only a mashed potatoes and gravy
Still no potpies ....been 2 months , 1 manager says they make at night other says morning , good place to start over , we usually make it to Defiance 3 days a week always stopped and bought 2 potpie for over 2 years EVERY WEEK! Now they never have them. That's 33.00 a week must not need my business!

Completely out of original recipe dark meat chicken at 4:30pm. Seriously? Your main staple of a meal - what built your franchise - but it's unavailable. Oh but there is plenty of plant-based fake "chicken" or the usual overcooked white meat. Yeah. Won't be stopping at any KFC franchise ever again. G
Had a long wait ran out of biscuits but they also took 40 minutes to get our food packed food so gravy spilt in bags. . Disaponted in customer service didn't even offer any cookies to the wait. Just said sorry can't help you out.
Food was good but they forgot our cookies. Didn't notice until we got home.
Like thier food, but it is over.on the other side of town from me, don't get over there very often.
