Little Caesars - Defiance - Photo album

We have eaten here a few times since moving to defiance and every time we are deeply upset and disappointed in the quality and service of this Little Caesars. From wrong orders given to us, pizza that is not fresh, waiting long for orders, to crazy bread that is hard with no flavor. I understand its

I ordered 2 pizzas extra sauce. They dropped one so we had to wait tell they made us z new one. That one had a 6 inch spot with toppings. So they made us a 3rd one. Still no extra sauce. Called to make it right and was told we couldn't get new pizza for over an hour.

This is the second time I call and place an order. Wait half an hour and show up. They never made the pizzas ! I Never got a call back from the store manager or corporate headquarters either time. Bad service, bad company. Atleat that's the way it is at the defiance location. They do not care a

If you catch them when the pizza is hot you'll get a good meal

Pizza is absolutely wonderful. The reason for 1 star is that their hours hours of operation are absolutely atrocious. I would gladly pay more for your product if it means that you have to pay a higher employee hourly rate. Please stay open till 10 PM!

Well I get the $5 pizza, which it doesn't matter what time I ordered it always hot as if I just came out of the over was just place in the box. Plus the stuff there are very nice and kind. On a side note I love the drive-thru window

Called 3 times....the second time they answered and hung up...the 3rd time i called they put me on hold. It was 4pm and i couldn't order online. I was on hold for 10 minutes....so we ordered Marco's pizza instead.

Only two workers. One had been training new employees all day. Felt bad for them. Sad that even in a more conservative county, kids still don't want to work. But at least the service was good.
