The defiance, Ohio McDonald's is the worst on the planet. We ordered by mobile so it should have been easy. Got to the receipt window didn't get the receipt. Got to the pickup window and got a rude employee. Then had to wait 25 minutes for the food. Got our food, but no drinks or receipt. Final
Had a pleasant experience with a young gentleman that took my order. The wait was as expected. Food was hot fresh and tasted delicious. The rest rooms and dining area were clean and inviting.

I guess they could tell the difference between a 1 an 2 on the parking spot signs and gave my order away after I waited 25 min. Made me late to work and I couldn't get my food. The attitude from everyone in drive thru was unprofessional. Train better or pay less.
