I just went to the drive thru (5:15 pm ish, 7-6-18) and the two employees I just encountered were the sweetest ever. Great customer service, super friendly, and corrected a mistake that was made the last time I was in. Thank you! �

The fireplace wasn't working so they surprised us with complimentary hot chocolate to warm us up! So nice!
I love there bagels ..I go for a 1/2 dozen and there ice tea is so good...a lot. They do have great soups to I love there chicken wild rice in there bread bowl.
Panera Bread is a perfectly fine cafe to go to for coffee or a bagel, but much of their food is more expensice than I am willing to pay for how much they give you for each portion. That being said the food you do get is usually very tasty. If you are eating in, you can expect a cozy environment, but there is no table service so you'll have to get your own food. They also have a coffee subscription that lets you get a coffee a day for free when you pay $8.99 a month, which is quite the deal if you make use of it!
