Review Pizza Pro's - DeKalb

Would you eat this?! Not only did I get my pizza over 2 hours later so that my order was cold, but my entire order was dropped delivered on the ground. Food don’t belong on the ground, so I put a table in front of the door but delivery driver decided it was best to drop deliver my order on to the ground. This place has gone down since when I first had it over 20 years ago. Last time I will order from here again. I see how things are being handled here.

I had the Winning Combination Sub sandwich ( warmed ) a bag of chips and a can of soda for lunch today. It was the best sub sandwich that I have ever had. I have also tried their beef roll as well and have the same opinion about it. Fantastic service from Samantha as well. Thank you Pizza Pros for a great experience. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Hopped in for lunch on a Saturday. It was moderately busy but we were greated by the bartender and welcomed. She had several tables but was all over them. Bloody Mary with beer chaser was delicious. Pizza came out quick and is really good. Sweet flaky crust and a mountain of cheese. Salad was uninspiring, crispy chicken was overly breaded boneless wings. The vegetables were basically quartered and tossed in a bowl so there was extensive cutting and chopping in the bowl. Tomatoes were barely ripened. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. The west entrance is right in the dining room so every time someone came in the temperature of the room dropped ten degrees. They would benefit from a vestibule or anything to block that cold.

Pizza Pros is a nice place to grab some food. It has a lot of variety on its menu, and it is all pretty good. The staff is attentive and very nice. Overall its a pretty standard bar and grill, with a bit more on the menu than usual.

If you like wings with your pizza, but cant find a place with great wings AND great pizza, this is the spot. Both their hot and extra hot wings are fantastic almost every time, and the one time they were overcooked they made fresh ones. Their baked cheese nuggets are basically a sauceless pan pizza and are fantastic, perfect with wings. Plus they have some of the cheapest alcoholic drinks in town. Great place.

The restaurant staff was friendly and prompt. The building itself was clean and kept up. My pizza was good. My husband said his salad was just ok.

PIZZA! This place has more to offer than that. I love the beef roll, and around the month of St Patrick's day, Reuben Rolls are very tasty. I love the cracker crust or the original hand tossed sometimes I will order both because I can't decide.

At Pizza Pros, you're not going to get the best pizza in town, but it's better than average; you're not going to get the best wings in town, but they're satisfying; you're not going to get the best burgers in town, but they're good. Most importantly, you won't find another restaurant in town that does this well with all of these options and lots more. Overall, Pizza Pros gets 5 stars for being one of the best local crowd pleaser restaurants in DeKalb. You can take any group of people here, and there will be something good for everyone. Regarding their service and carefulness during the pandemic, they currently have every other table blocked off and every table is disinfected between customers. All staff are wearing masks and are very friendly and considerate.

One of the best pizzeria’s I have been to in years ! Service is beyond amazing, food for every palette imaginable. Truly a phenomenal experience! When in DeKalb Pizza Pros is an absolute must for anyone who loves pizza and other amazing foods . Wendy and Karlee were amazing ! The owner is amazing with his care and involvement with his customers .

I went there on Friday, june 23rd at 9pm. The pizza was great but the service was terrible. We were ordering 30 wings and asked the waitress of we could get them half hot and half bbq. She said absolutely not. One way or the other. If we wante both flavors we would need to order double. Then while puttig food on the table she reached over and just dropped the ketchup from high up to make a loud thud on the table. When I looked at her the very ignorant response I got was "my bad". How rude!!! Maybe an Im sorry or something, but not my bad. I will never return for such bad service.

Love their food but me and my family just sat in a booth for 30 minutes waiting for service and we never even got a menu. But the 4 frat boys in the booth next to us got menus as they sat down and STILL we never got menus. We ended up walking out.

I have always had such a good experience with the service here. Just a couple of times in and they already remember me! Tonight was one for the books. I had a bartender, Jackie, who went out of her way to make sure all of her guests were accommodated appropriately. It was SO refreshing to have great service for once! She took great interest in making sure everyone was comfortable and happy. The best bartender I have had in quite some time

Wow just walked out of your place never had bad service till now. Your bar tender cares more about smoking a cigarette outside then helping out your one waitress you guys have with about five tables. We sat for 15 mins no help. No wonder why you guys have help wanted signs on the door

Fantastic food and very accommodating to individuals with food allergies. Great food and drink specials every day. Full service bar as well. Best place to drink in DeKalb that nobody knows about.

Super disappointed in the service tonight. We order from pizza pros almost weekly. Not only was the girl on the phone extremely rude, but she refused to do cheese on just a quarter of the pizza, saying it was too much of a hassle. How hard is it to throw cheese on the whole pizza and just do the ingredients on 3/4? Never had a problem with this order before... I will say usually this place is outstanding, but I was extremely disappointed in their customer service tonight....

Always good service and great food! A must after the boys get a W after sat games. Even if the W is not achieved Pizza pros makes it a little more bearable! Thanks Pizza pros!

Shit appetizers and dumb ass staff. Cod food, bad service, poor temperature...

Unorganized and can’t take orders very well, always getting messed up orders.
