Potbelly Sandwich Shop - DeKalb - Photo album

I really liked the sandwiches. The taste and the ingredients that goes into the the sandwiches are better than any subways. Also, the shakes are tasty as well. The employees are nice and polite. Also, loved the setting and the various NIU souvenirs that can be seen in the store. Although, they shou
Don't order delivery from here. Missing items on the sandwich, paid $6.00 for a shake that they didn't send. Just wasted $25.00 on an order missing items and their solution to my complaint was to "put me on a list for a shake" next time I visit. What a joke. Not happening.
Ordered online at 8:18pm. Order was to be ready in 20-30 minutes. Got there to pick up but store was closed. Why was I able to order if the store closed? Online website says closing is at 9pm. I called x3 but only cracking on the other line and then disconnected. Needless to say, I need a refund.
Staff is nice, food is good. A little understaffed but it's not too busy.
Very friendly staff and sandwiches are better than other sub chains (Jersey Mike's is almost the same level, but mostly just a different experience). Fresh ingredients and really good bread. They have multiple options for vegetarian subs too which is nice.
Has been a while since I ate Potbellys and it still is a delicious sandwich.

I have tried to order for delivery several times over the past few months. It doesn't matter what day or time you request the delivery, the website, Eatstreet, Grubhub and so on all say there are no drivers available. You would think that option would be unavailable before you set up your orders.
