Review Wendy's - DeKalb

Ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and this is what i got. I cant go back because im at for for another 3 hrs. Not happy at all there at 7pm April 25th 2022

Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Was asked to pull ahead. Never got our lemonade, chocolate frosty, silverware for the salad, or straws. When I told the guy this he came back out and said he would give me a strawberry frosty because they were out of chocolate. Fine whatever. It was super slow and they seemed to not give a care about their customers.

Went around 4pm today, waited forever to order through the drive thru with only one car ahead of us, I get it they're probably short staffed. Finally ordered and were out of most of the pop choices, again I get it, supply shortages. Finally got to the window and was given my order. I was missing a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and sweet and sour sauce. So I waited for the gal that gave me my food to come back, she never did. I pulled up so my brother could go in, the doors were locked. Backed up to the window and knocked several times on the drive thru window, finally a couple of nice gentleman came to help. I'm assuming they were the cooks. They kindly gave me the sweet and sour sauce and whipped up a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. I wouldn't have minded any of this as much if my 8 month old wasn't screaming his poor head off. I have no idea what happened to the cashier, I never saw her again but a huge thank you to the guys that helped out and went out of their way to take care of a customer when technically that wasn't their job.

I like their burgers and chicken nuggets, besides the Frosty, of course. The employees used to be very friendly and nice, but something changed and now good luck getting a smile. After 15 years eating at this Wendy's, I had my first confrontation with a very rude employee, she interrupted me again and again, talking over me, because she wanted me to order her way and not in the order it just popped in my head. The order came out wrong. During my last visit I complimented something in the menu, she said "ok" and closed the window. My friend had a similar experience later that evening. Another bad sign: all the old employees are gone. Whatever the change was, it's not working!!

Horrible the doors are always locked I don't have a car so I can't walk through drive threw. Get home food wasn't right I keep that sandwich till they finally answered the phone I didn't eat that sandwich I brought it back to him I want my money back but she said I couldn't get my money back because I gave them my receipt to make my food right Maria where are you the store needs help

Unpredictable food quality. Seems like there is always menu items not available. One time I went, they had no lemonades. Next week, there is no soda and only 2 types of lemonade. I think they are very short staffed, feel bad for the ppl working.

We were the only ones in there and we had to wait a long time for someone to take our order. Turns out the girl that should have been at the counter was sitting in the seating area. Then instead of the supervisor taking our order knowing we had waited a long time....she just waved the girl in the seating area over and so again we had to wait.....there was ho hustle at all. It was ridiculous. We will not go back and we do not recommend this.

Stay clear of this location. Staff has absolutely no idea what they’re doing, or what’s included on their own menu. They literally just can not get it right. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Terrible experience

I ordered a full size taco salad, additional chilli with cheese and onions, large fries and large drink. I got home and just had a full size taco salad, no tortilla chips, sour cream, salsa, large fries (they were cold), large drink, one large chilli with cheese and onions, no additional chilli with cheese and onions. I usually double check my orders before I leave. This time I didn't have the time to do it. A customer came in shortly after me. He complained about his order he had the previous night before. I never usually have any problems here. But, this is the second time they have screwed up my order.

Will never eat there again. Ordered 2 baconators and both had raw meat. So we brought them back and didnt even get an apology. Awful service

Apparently they spend all their money on the remodel and nothing on training; the service is VERY VERY slow and poor. The Cashier inside was doing one order at a time and messing up every single one. The drive-up line was also very slow people kept leaving the line in discussed. I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone. The soda machine only one person at a time can use it and a kid was playing with it so I had to take warm ice tea for my drink and NO ICE.

All I have to say I'm dumb founded! I walked in yesterday around 1pm. Sept 13th. And as soon as I walk in the employee was sitting down with her friends. Swearing. Making racist comments. Which is so unprofessional. And I walked to throw my trash away and heard them making more comments avoid this place!!

Ordered junior bacon cheeseburgers... No cheese and no bacon. Kinda defeats the purpose.. Oh and no one answers when you call... Place sucks! Don't go here if you don't have to

Food is half assed is all I can say, the employees were not friendly and professional and their speaker and screen are broken smdh and to think this Wendy's just got redone

My boyfriend and I were at the drive thru last night, and didn't realize until after we left that we had gotten there, literally, 2 minutes before closing. Instead of being annoyed with late night customers (as many establishments are) the male cashier was incredibly polite and accommodating. They made us fresh fries and even offered to give us what was left of the chicken nuggets for free. Of course, we didn't pass up on that opportunity, and not only did this guy hand over a bag with like 40 chicken nuggets in it, he even hooked it up with a bunch of sauces. Thanks dude! You totally made our night!
