I just have to say that I was pretty impressed with this Dunkin and I go to Dunkin all the time, it's my weakness. The staff has always been friendly each time I've gone, they are super quick and they have NEVER messed up my coffee ever. Even the one I go to religiously still messes it up from time
I come here everyday and the hash browns are ALWAYS burnt bug I never say anything. I finally ask them for new hash browns today and they gave me the worst attitude about it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give them a zero I would.

Every time I visit this location, I'm super disappointed in the service and the taste of the donuts. Fresh, they are not, its obvious that they have been sitting awhile. Almost as bad as the DMV on wait time and customer service.
This place is completely disgusting, and way too expensive. Got the breakfast bowl and the bacon croissant. The croissant looked and tasted like Okra Winfrey and sat on it for 4 hours. The breakfast bowl was bland and pretty disgusting. Way too expensive and I would not recommend you eat there.
