Went there this AM for some breakfast, they forgot one of my items but the worker delivering the food was so prompt and got me what they missed. She did great and was so kind! I did not get her name but she was a middle aged woman with glasses, running food out to the people in customer waiting spot
My wait time was 10 minutes. Not too terrible. They gave me a Diet Coke when I ordered a Dr. Pepper. What a nasty surprise in my mouth when I first took a drink! Yuck! Other than that my order was perfect 😉
Disappointed in my visit today. Its usually good but today the English muffins were old and hard and they also made our coffee wrong.

There was a great soul that was working the lobby and went way beyond her duties to make me comfortable and help. wish I got her name. Anyway she is the 5 star and a solid employee.

The lady taking our order obviously wasn't up to speed on the app workings amd kept asking me to pay when payment had already been made through the app
I got a order off the mobile app and when I got there they said they couldn’t give me my food cuz the payment didn’t go thru and they told me to check my card and the payment went through so they stole my money

This McDonald's is still garbage. Early morning staff rushes you through your order cannot count change and after all that you still get the wrong order.

I bought a hamburger at the McDonald's on Lincoln high way in DeKalb and this is what I found in my hamburger. I've had such bad experience with this McDonald's. This was the latest.
