Review Hickory Pit Bbq - Delphos

I love the bbq and this place have all than you need but I don't like just because just it's for take out. I'm waiting for the weekend to taste the pork ribs.

I love the point. They are good at keeping things in stock. They keep the place clean, the prices are reasonable. The kitchen food is amazing!! Get some of Bonnies cookies, shes a great lady, that can make some awsome cookies!!

Greatest breakfast pizza around. Way more TLC into cooking and serving then walpak hickory pit. Tried the brown bagged beef brisket meal for lunch. Was $5 for the sandwich a cookie and small bag of chips. There was hardly meat on the sandwich. Buying 2 sliced of the breakfast pizza is more filling then the brisket bag and about a dollar less.

They have some great tasting smoked meats and sides here. The service was not that fast.

Limited menu Ribs are weekend only and that wasn't posted in store, the brisket was okay but not a must have like the ribs are. Definitely a place to stop on the weekends and grab some ribs but I've been told don't wait because they do run out.

Tried to call two times at 1pm. First call rang over 20 times. 2nd call rang about 5 times and someone picked up the phone and hung up. Called at 1:50pm & ordered food. Employee on the phone said the delivery driver wouldn’t be in until 2.I Said okay and continued with order. At 2:50pm we called back as we live in town. Different employee answered and said the card didn’t go through and the phone number wasn’t working. We read the card off 2 times to the first employee who answered, and she read it back, same with the phone number. We give the card number to the employee again and he just says okay bye and we weren’t told if the card went through or anything. Turns out he didn’t even try yet, but if it wouldn’t work again the phone “didn’t work” so how would we have been contacted. Call back in another hour? The first female employee had attitude the whole call with us. At 3:25pm we get our food. Missing an appetizer, sauce (no big deal) and the fries were soggy and tasted like they had been microwaved multiple times. First time eating here will not go again.

We ordered BBQ and sides for our daughter's graduation yesterday. They had the timing perfect for having the food just packed when we picked it up! Everything was delicious! Our guests all complimented the food and we happily told them where it came from. The suggested amounts were right on and we were happy to have some leftovers!
