Nice Spot
Sande's offers good food, good service, reasonable prices, but NO CREDIT CARDS. There is off street parking behind the restaurant.
Roxanne, our waitress, was pleasant, and efficient, and frequently checking in with us and freshening our coffee. (My first cup was just warm, but the refills were warmer.) The staff was very accommodating trying to set up for our original eight people, but only four made it today. Thankfully, this busy place had available seating for us.
All four of us were pleased with our breakfast. One had blueberry pancakes which he liked because they were filling, but not heavy. One had scrambled eggs with home fries and bacon. Another had eggs over easy with bacon and hash browns. I had a potato and egg sandwich on rye which was tasty.
Maybe next time, all eight (or more) can attend.
Sande's has something I've never seen in any eating establishment: a bottle of hand sanitizer on EVERY table--thoughtful and appreciated. And, the staff makes you feel like you made a good choice going to this Nice Spot.
Likes it. I love this place because i always go to it with my grandparents its a perfect place for my grandpa to come cuz its close to where were we live, its affordable and also you can buy lottery tickets and check if you won, also the staff is really nice and comforting and food comes out quickly, you should definitly come to sande's the only problem is they dont use credit cards and on sundays they are pretty busy but other then that they are amazing :)
Sande's has decent food at decent prices, and is another one of the good diner places one can go to for breakfast. It's right near the Swap Shop, so if you are into the flea market scene it might be an ideal place to check out. It's cash only but they hav

CASH ONLY, but they do have an ATM. Our waitress was so sweet and knowledgeable about all the dishes. Love this place, we will go back!
Loved it! Had to try this place. Drove through so many times on the way to our favorite diner but this time was Sande's time! Food was AMAZING, clean and priced right. Thank you for an awesome breakfast.
Nice southern hometown atmosphere. I arrived at Sande’s around 11:00am Saturday morning. We were able to choose our own table although we were offered to sit in the back of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I don’t sit in the back of restaurants. Our waiter Nikki was very pleasant and sweet natured. She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was awesome! The grits and bacon is to die for. I think this place is Delray’s best kept secret. The waffles and pancakes were pretty big and fluffy. The French toast was delicious and the orange juice was pretty good. The syrup is a little watery but it complemented the French toast well. The prices are pretty reasonable. I paid $42.00 for 4 people. They only accept cash but there’s an ATM inside of the restaurant. Once you order, your receipt is on the table, so when you finish eating you just take your receipt and pay at the counter. Yes, I will return again!
Good breakfast place. Clean, fast and most importantly very friendly service. The eggs Benedict I order were good, but not to get too excited. Prices are low. The only downside is that they don't accept cash, and who is carrying cash nowadays?

Love this place, we been going there on and off for over twenty years. Owners are great. Food is excellent. Service is very good. Plenty of parking. Location is right on Federal Highway.
Great hidden breakfast spot. The staff were super friendly and service was quick. Food was great. Will definitely be back again!
Best Breakfast in town. Cash only but has ATM. Staff and owner are exceptional. Old school southern hospitality feel! I highly recommend this place.
