This is the first McDonald’s that I have had consistent disappointment… better to go to Yamato/ Congress but all these south palm beach county locations are terrible at their job… Hash brown unusually firm and filled with grease… biscuit was missing cheese and just doesn’t sit well.
This location is usually good but they have messed up my mobile orders on several occasions. The latest one was 2 McChickens, fries and a soda only got the soda and of the $20 and change that was charge only $10 and change was refunded. Love you guys but you and Uber Eats need to work on a better sy
I just watched an employee put their LIPS on a drink and drink the overflowing liquid in the drink and put the lid on to put in an order. I am absolutely disgusted and cannot believe that they had the audacity to do this when people are watching. This person needs to be evaluated and fired immediate
Good fast food clean, fast service, good parking.
Took me 10min to get my meals, but giving some points for people were good attitude and nice attention with the customers, food was: from 1 to 10..."8".
Good frappe an service also had very nice employees the one cleaning restaurant opened doors for you an asked if u needed anything an if was good food! He needs a raise!! Lol
My truck was too big to go through drive-through so I entered the store and noticed customer waiting in line. I asked him if he had been helped yet and he stated no with a few other comments about their service. I chose not to waste my time and went somewhere else. Now days drive-through customers
I cannot believe the lack of customer service from the manager Allison. I don’t know if she is the real manager but she said she is. Please next time be a little more professional as people probably look up to you.
