I've been to a few different Firehouse Subs, but the Delray location is my favorite. Christian and Spencer were super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. My husband and I had a great time and the food was amazing!!! Thank you, Spencer and Christian for your impeccable service.
Was coming here for a couple years now and stopped for a while due to terrible management and staff. We recently gave them another try around February/march 2022 and it is night and day. The new manager is 1000% better and the food is always great. Staff are very friendly and if they ever make a mistake the go the extra mile to make it right. Such a massive improvement. Hope the new manager stays so we can keep ordering from them.
It hurts my heart to give this store a bad rating but something has to be done about the “manager” Emilio. I read the reviews and noticed a trend; rudeness. Every time I enter the whole staff greats me by NAME. 60k+ VIP points would tell you why. Ever since his arrival my trips to this store have been less than pleasant. I see it in the poor staffs faces. He is bad for business, hence why my staff nor I will return until something is done. Given these rough times I know there are countless other good hearted people that need work and would be more than grateful for the opportunity. Unfortunately, misery and disdain is the only energy in there now. Please figure it out for your sake and ours. Your biggest fan.. -Austin
UPDATE: After speaking with the owner Gayle and the new manager Jessica, my hope and enjoyment of this store has been restored! Great job executing customer service y’all!
Working for doordash you meet a lot of people. Usually busy stores make for over work, underpaid, tired staff which can often be perceived as rude. However my experience with Tanya the GM of this Firehouse subs really made me smile today. In this trying times a smile can save a life. Thank you Tanya God bless.
