Service was outstanding. Long wait time for food which was the typical ihop quality, but it was hot when it came out and I ate it all. The restaurant did smell like rotten eggs when we walked in but we didn’t let it deter us from the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. They were good but the cheesecake bits were scarce.

Short drive from my hotel to IHOP. Food was hot & very good. Clean,warm restaurant with sweet, attentive waitress. Comfortable booths. Delicious dark sweet tea.

The place was packed. We waited 15 minutes to seat, 20 minutes to eat, maybe 2 minutes to leave so over all super fast, same quality as expected across the board from any other IHOP. Knocking a star off due to the waiting area being filthy like a leaf blower blew in the crud from outside or something.... kinda gross but the table, dishes, silver, glasses etc where clean as well as the table. Courtney was our server and she was very nice and very quick to handle our needs. We didn't have to ask for a refill so she was well compensated for being awesome with energy if that makes sense.

For a Sunday we got seated so quickly! We literally only waited 15 minutes and if your ihop is like my ihop you know that's not bad of a wait! Very friendly staff, almost gave me a "my pleasure" kind of vibe. I had to take away a star because the parking was kinda small and I seen people parking in the fire zone, which I will never do. But that has nothing to do with the great food!

Impeccable Service. Food was delicious. One comment on the steak tips, they marinate the steak in a very sweet sauce and well... it's too sweet for my taste, just a heads up.

The most rude and inconsiderate staff ever!!! Walked in at 5:15am and waited for over 15 minutes to be seated while all of the employees who weren't busy didn't not once acknowledged us. One girl was eating and the other made it obvious that she wasn't interested in a other table. And just for the record they were NOT busy and I have waited my fair share of tables so before you comment know that this isn't some rant coming from someone who would ever leave a bad review over something if it wasn't just flat out unexceptable. They should be ashamed of themselves. We left and went to sherman where we know they have polite as well as presentable employees.

I wish I could give it a zero! Zoey the girl in front we walk in and ask for two pellle and she ignored you and then precedes to answer phone and ignore and doesn’t tell she is not the one who registers people after I kid you not 10 min and then when you confront her about it she has an attitude she has no customer service skills what so ever and doesn’t know how to talk to customers will never go into this establishment and will be talking to higher management!!

Very poor experience with denison tx IHOP. Waitress was very inattentive, long wait to get food. Drinks stayed empty, dirty cups, poor food, dirty unbussed tables, dirty nasty stinky bathrooms. Coffee cup had lipstick still on it. All in all a very very poor experience. Would not recommend whatsoever.
