They are locking up their dinning room again, gotta spend my money elsewhere again for a couple of months....update...1 month later and the doors are still lock for breakfast, seems everyone is going up the street to Jack in the box now. Let's see, it's now almost May and the dining is still locked for breakfast. Whataburger has officially lost my business.

Reviews for fast food can never really be perfect so the reviews are more about the team operating the location.
Service tends to be slow for this location. If you see a line, expect to wait about an hour or so. How the food tastes is subjective and varies depending on the person. If you love Whataburger and don't mind the wait, then this place is for you.

Literally can't order since they can't stop telling jokes long enough to get through it. Just nonstop laughter in the background, and the guy trying to take orders can't hear what you want. Done trying to come here. I get you want to have fun at work, but gotta do the job at some point.

Sunday 4/10/2022 was in the drive through with 7 cars ahead of me. The window was taking 5-7 minutes to process each car. Waiting in line for 37 minutes to get food. I logged a concern on the Whataburger app with corporate but no response. I refuse to wait this long for food and will not return to this location. There is a management problem.

This place is always soooo slow! Don't order a shake, it'll sit there 15 minutes or more waiting for you to get to the window and turn into milk! They get irritated when you ask about it!

My sympathies to whoever owns the Whataburger at Austin & Crawford in Denison. You have at least one employee who does not know the meaning of customer service. Her name is Hayley. After placing our order today 5/31 we pulled around to the drive-thru window where we were met by Hayley. She gave us our drink order and then we waited for another 20 minutes before we got our food even though it had already been prepared and sacked and sitting on the counter. All this because Hayley wanted to just walk around, laugh and cut up with another associate. Once she finally brought the order she never even apologized for the delay.

The fat blonde broad that was working the counter/register on Sunday May 1st 2022, ensured that I will NEVER return to that location. Several other customers that were in there at the same time probably won't return either. I have never been talked to and treated like that as a paying customer.

My brother and I are so sick with food poisoning today I will never eat there again. We got a just a burger with pickles and creamy pepper sauce both of us woke up about 5a.m throwing up and cramping so bad we were doubled up.

I would NEVER go there after hearing what the moron employee did.... what kind of a company are you running. She should be fired. Or... are you agreeing with her treatment... not only of a paying customer... but of the police who take care of you? AND what kind of a manager does not get involved?
