4th time in row. Ordering online . I asked for meat to be heated. Nope didn't happen. Didn't get cheese. & I never have bread heated. If I had thrown my bread at my window. My window would of shattered. & I called store never got an answer
Basic Info
I have gone to this subway almost daily for lunch over the past year or so. I will never return as of today. The manager was yelling at 2 new employees. Not only in front of customers but in front of children that were in there. She was degrading the young man who clearly lacked training which falls back on her as she is the one managing the store. Very upset with my experience today.

The long haired dude was cursing under his breathe when I entered the store. I have never felt so unwelcomed in any establishment like I did this one. I will not go back there. Ever

Walked in and the place smelled like weed. Employees seemed very slow and completely incompetent it’s the blind leading the blind not a place I would go again for any kind of professionalism shows a lot about management simply sloppy. My sandwich was poorly put together won’t be coming back to this location

I ordered a sub to go and requested that it be toasted. When I pick it up, it is icy cold, as if that one simple instruction wasn't followed. Is it really that difficult to put a sub in the toaster for a few seconds and heat it up when requested? And this isn't even the first time it's happened! What the hell gives? Your employees need to learn to follow orders better because if I'm not getting my subs toasted when requested, then I'm sure others aren't getting theirs toasted either. Do better.

Very nice and clean inside. A enjoyable experience. Staff is pleasant and courteous. Service was fast. Food was fresh.

***update I went in the other day and it was much cleaner! I gave it another go and it tasted good as well?***L
This subway seems below par. The last few times i visit it just didn't seem to be clean in the sandwich station. There was stuff everywhere olives in the pickes ect. The veggies looked like that had been frozen and then thawed. I will drive to another location next time.

THIS LOCATION IN DENISON TEXAS IS OVER CHARGING CUSTOMERS. DISPLAY PRICE IS NOT WHAT YOU PAY AND HAS BEEN THAT WAY ALL YEAR. IVE SHOWED THE CASHIER THE PAST 3 VISITS AND THEY PROCEED TO SAY " THE NUMBERS HAVENT COME IN YET"...ROBBING THE CUSTOMER OUT IN THE OPEN!! CHECK YOUR RECIEPT!!
