what a clean Jack in the Box....Dang! Their Croissants look great. nice soft toasted hashes browns...Man. 9/4/23: the man who makes their hot sauce was in today. He is an Albuquerque NM native, and man was he an interesting Guy. They are looking at moving in to a green sauce, their is another he has a man working on in the Nieces NM laboratory that they are keeping on the DL until the launch

I ordered online because I had a big order. I went through the drive-thru and was informed that they don't like to not like online orders to go through the drive-thru that you needed to come inside to pick up your order. When I went inside, nobody even offered to help you, so you have to make extra trips. I would understand this if there was a line, but there was one car in front of me and nobody behind me. They had 1 person waiting in the lobby. They were not very nice about any of it.

This location always has the RUDEST employees that Denison has to offer. Went through the drive thru tonight and asked for sauce for my order with multiple meals. The gentleman at the window said it was in the bag, in the bag was just two packets of sauce… for 3 meals. So I asked if there was any way I can get a few more packets of sauce…. He rolled his eyes at me and handed me two more. They rarely get you and never tell you to have a nice night. They also don’t repeat back your order at the windows to make sure it’s actually yours. 0/10.

I was employed from Sept 2020 to May 30th 2022. my opinion, this place is NOT an equal opportunity employer. There is racial division. as a white American, I feel that I was not an equal. They can not keep employees a majority are white. 80% of employees are Mexican. They all know English yet speak Spanish amongst themselves, which makes other nationalities uncomfortable. there's racial slurs jokes and comments. They cut people down,there's favoritism. They get paid more. I can do everything in the restaurant yet am paidless. I worked 20 months and had to fight for a raise. themanager was quick to point out my issues yet I've been telling him 20 months the same issues.. yet it kept happening. example: throwing gloves on the floor. there's 5 garbage cans in kitchen yet they continue doing it expecting someone else (me) to pick up. I will not ever eat Atchison jack in the box. Make your own mind up but know this, the manager actually stated, and I quote " customers are not always right" I will keep updating cause I have actually started legal advice on my rights. update. June 6th 2 weeks ago wasted I got a raise, which was not on today's check. I'm also missing hours. honestly people this restaurant needs to be closed. people are mistreated, lied to I will not rest till I expose these issues. IF YOU ONLY SAW THE KITCHEN WALK THRU AND PREP AREA YOU WOULD RUN. they don't wash there hands. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

I came from out of state to this location cuz in my state we don't have Jack in The box and I missed it and I'll explain to the lady I haven't had a taco in about 5 years and I thought she was making me some fresh tacos instead I got some very hard shelled old still tacos I just forced myself to eat it was not what I remembered will not be coming back or ordering any more tacos from Jack in The box ever again.

Food was good. Bathroom out of toilet paper. Ask staff twice to put some in. 30 minutes later STILL NONE PUT IN

Drive thru was fast, food was fresh and hot. Service was with a smile. Denison , TX has an awesome JITB!!

I live near this jack in the box and have frequently been there. Lately I get their hours changed due to not having employees but when you go during the stated hours and are still not greeted at the drive thru, the window or even by phone and there is also nothing listed saying times are even more reduced than what online says. It would be better if you would at least make the attempt to put the sign on the drive-thru stating that you are closed instead or hiding in the back and not helping customers. Yes I saw someone in the building. Very disappointed with how this business is now being handled and having to drive to the next town for service that I used to get near home.

This place needs to be shut down in Denison manager an employee's are rude they give peoples food to other people they put bugs in people's food you wait in line over a n hour in drive thru an they have employee's that work with arms in slings health department in Denison needs to shut them down we have a bad health inspected doesn't check food places enough sad sad shut it down for good in Denison an the main office won't answer to complaints sad to

Waited 5 minutes in the drive through to take my order, and 10 minutes to get my food. Then the worker stuffed 3 hamburgers, chicken sandwich, 2 tacos and 2 medium in a small bag. Tacos were soggy, and french fries were stale, they need better Management.

The new rib eye sandwich is gross. Soggy with mayo, wilted lettuce, green tomato and no onions. Meat was dry and over cooked. 12/2312017 Don't waste your $$$$.

Horrible service! Got my order wrong. Drove all the way there in the rain, and then home and then back just to get what I paid for (or did I pay for something that I didn't even order?), only to be given a sourdough jack with a hole in the bread. It looks like somebody threw it on the ground and kicked it around before they wrapped and bagged it up. Now it's just sitting here getting cold because I'm not even sure if I want to eat it. I'll never be back to this location or maybe even any Jack in the Box. Save yourselves some trouble and go to Sonic up the road.

The food is usually good and I don't mind the wait. Just not sure why the tacos are soggy there and not at other Jack In The Box's I've been to. They're still tasty, just extra greasy.

Fire Ashley....!!! We watched her unprofessional vulgar attitude turn on several customers about 2 weeks ago. Not to our surprise, she unleashed on my 16 yr old daughter for trying to refill a cup that we just paid for in the drive thru. While waiting for too long anyway.

If you ain't gonna attend with a smile or at least nice. Dont work at all�. The service they gave me was horrible�. Theirs people out there really tryinna work.

Id like to know how im suposed to make a complaint about my missing food when no1 will answer the phone!!!!

We found 2 roaches in our fries today. When I called to tell the manager he simply said he didn't see how that could possibly happen and that roaches can't live in grease. I have the pictures to prove it and would post them if the FB page allowed me to....absolutely disgusting and a horrible response by management.
