Review Mcdonald's - Denison

Just had the worst experience ever at this rat-hole I urge everyone to go on down the road management is rude an staff is no better an if you have issues the manager will refuse any information ( unprofessional) an shows favoritism save yourself from a experience like this an go elsewhere that cares more about customers trust me it's worth it. Btw macdonald's I'm sure Sonic appreciated the business you lost if only a small bit but I hope more will choose an support other places that actually treat people right like human beings.

I believe this is the first time I've gone in to a clean McDonald's. Even the kids play area is clean.

Went through drive through and noticed that some of my order was missing when I returned home. I called and spoke with the manager ( WHO REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME, which I found odd) . Then when I said how will I know who to speak with about the replacement food he said he didn't have to give me any information and hung up on me . I know it's just Mc Donald's but seriously... REALLY POOR BEHAVIOR FOR A MANAGER! WOULDN'T BE RUNNING MY BUISNESS. . I won't be returning!

Closed dining area at 7:55 p.m. on a Monday with drive thru only despite advertising open 24 hours. I don't do drive thru because they always screw up the order. Glad there is a Braum's next door.

The guy had gotten our order wrong at first but they were super quick to fix it! And the food was great awesome service guys keep it up!!

Burgers getting smaller .... Fries taste bland and turn into wax or something after about 30 minutes. Flies all in the play area and extremely hot in the play area.

Bad customer service. Bad order accuracy. Customer satisfaction is DEFINITELY NOT their goal here. Food tastes good and that's about it.

All employees very helpful except one young lady who was extremely rude, uncaring, distrustful, would not answer questions, just acted as if you said nothing. I have never experienced anyone like this at McDonald's.

What McDonald's runs out of meat, amongst a number of other things they didn't have available?! On top of that the child taking orders at the menu proceeded to get rude with my with while she was trying to pick what she wanted from the "half" menu. Once again reminding me why we never go McDonald's... very unprofessional service and the order is wrong the majority of the time anyway.

Went today and order 2 bacon mcdoubles. ONLY with bacon and onions. Ofcourse when I got my order I check it (It is never right) it had cheese on it. So I give it back to her, apparently the franchise owner, and she said...well most people want cheese!. Did i order cheese? No! We go back and forth a bit and I was surprised I didn't cuss her out after her being so rude. She is trying to tell me, a paying customer, how to order MY food! Then she gives me the food and my money and tells me I'm not allowed to come there anymore. I don't care about the money i just want my food the way I order it. Even the franchise owner can't get it right. Didn't ask for her opinion on how to order food or her attitude. Then she threatens to call the police! I decided to just go and call corporate. It's bad enough employees talk about how filthy it is there but now I've got the owner giving lessons in how to order. Just gimme my dang food. Rude ass woman!!

BEHOLD! The bacon double Smokehouse Burger! In all its lousy, "I can't be bothered to care" glory! Six bucks for this crap, its no wonder they tried to rush me away from the window.

asked for an ice cream, was told the machine was down, ordered a coke, then waited at the window for almost 7 minutes while i watched them make ice cream for other customers. My boyfriend eventually went inside for my drink, as no one ever brought it to the window. I asked to speak with someone about the lying and they were just embarassed to be caught. Not gonna lie, i cussed the girl out and left. I hate liars. Braums is next door so i can get an ice cream. It's the principle. Get your stories straight if you're gonna lie to customers.

This has to be the worst place for customer service!! If you don't like your job don't get a job at McDonald's!! We went through the drive threw and the 1st window the person that took our money did not say a word... Pulled forward and the 2nd window person handed the bag out the window and did not say a word!! So much for serving a million smiles a day! #RUDE

Bought a quarter pounder burger a few minutes ago and one of them was half raw. Luckily I saw it before I finished it. Quality control is sad.

Sunshine center for children school kids would like to thank the all star McDonald's team for assisting us on our lunch outing. All the staff was very proffesional, curiosity, and helpful. We can't tell you how much we appreciated it. Thank you so much!!!

I eat there alot and but twice now the coffee lids are not on tight. Yesterday was when the lid was not on good and it fell into my new car and all over my pants. I was pissed. I always check it, but this time the way it was handed to me I couldn't. They need to be trained to hand it out in a way that I can grab the cup not the lid. As I went to put it down the cup fell from the lid. Went everywhere. I asked for napkins I got 3. She knew I was mad and ask for more and got like 30 which was good. She did apologize and replaced my coffee. But never saw a manager. I now have to get it detailed and hope nothing electrical was shorted like my USB ports that filled up with coffee. I will most likely go back but make sure I get handed the coffee where I take it by the cup instead of the lid.

Fries were cold,tables were dirty, & the customer service was shit. I've also noticed now they have hired a bunch of Mexican women -thought I was eating in Mexico for a moment. McDonald's get your shit together!

I get that the cashier is probably new but if he can't do a simple order without asking for help on every item. Train him better. The assistant manager wasn't better. She got attitude with me when the cashier couldn't do his job. Get a kisosk already so i can order what i want and you can save $7 an hour

The burgers are always stale and looks horrible. The drinks taste like dirt. And the workers are rude
