Review Pizza Hut - Denison

I placed an order online this evening (6-19-2022) for carry-out so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. When I took my second bite out of my first slice, there was a piece of long hair baked INTO the pizza. I immediately got the hair out of my mouth, and grabbed the receipt to call the store. My husband called, and got thrown around from person to person, never being able to talk to the correct person. Finally he called the corporate number. The lady was helpful, but she didn't offer money back, or offer to replace the order. We had to request our money back. She said that once their "investigation" is complete within 48 hours, someone would give us a call to let us know the status.. Needless to say, we're very unhappy and don't plan to order here again. Detroit Style Pizza with no sauce on it at all. Thanks for the meat and cheese bread it was better than the last time I ordered from here. Last time you left the cheese off my pizza. I asked for a refund that time and was told I had to call back on Monday when the manager was there or something ridiculous like that. This time I just won’t bother and won’t bother ordering again. This pizza would have been good if it was made right.. you know with sauce.

Well, the pizza was good but the service was lacking. We had to wait for the only employee there other than the cook to do his phone orders and carry outs and that took awhile, they don't serve alcohol so my friend wasn't able to get a beer with his meal when he asked, and then our waiter said he was leaving and brought our to go boxes when there was still 30 minutes left till closing. But the pizza was good and cooked right.

I went to this location tonight for my daughter's birthday. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. There is 1 server. We had 15 people. When we went in he told us to sit anywhere. I explained we had 15 people. He said you can move tables around..... Ummm ok. We set up the tables. 10 minutes later he came over to take our drink order. (There were no other customers) almost 15 minutes after that he started bringing out drinks 2 at a time. Ended up forgetting 2 drinks. We ordered the pizzas. He comes back 20 minutes later to tell us they don't have enough deep dish dough for half of the pizzas we ordered. So we changed them to medium instead of large. I ordered 1 special pizza because I can't eat tomato sauce. The pizzas started coming out 1 at a time for almost an hour, then I was informed (90 minutes in to this fiasco) that my pizza was dropped and they don't have anymore deep dish dough left at all. They can make more but it had to proof for a hour or something. At this point I have not eaten anything. So I asked for a hand tossed. Over 2 hours for pizza is ridiculous. I understand we had a large group but still this was just horrible. I can't say I will ever eat at Pizza Hut again.

Ordered pizza to carryout with cinnamon rolls. On arrival to the store I was told my pizza is ready but not the cinnamon rolls. So I was told they just put them in the oven therefore fifteen minutes later i had cold pizza with warm desert. I can do that at home.....

Every time we have ordered delivery, the drivers are super nice and sweet. The pizza order is always correct. Thanks for helping this tired mom on nights I don’t want to cook!

Service was great and quick, Pizza was excellent. Staff person was very friendly. Good job I'll be back!

Delivered order was wrong and district manager refused to give refund. Manager was rude and even pointed out the driver’s incompetence and repetitive mistakes for the day. So a small refund will now cost them a customer. Save yourself the grief and order somewhere else.

Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday. On one the dough was undercooked. The breadsticks were old and dry. When I went in to pick up the pizza, I waited approx 10 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged my presence. Paid separately for each pizza. Charged incorrectly for both. Now I have to take time out of my day to have them correct their mistakes. Will never eat there again. Had issues with the food in the past but thought I would give them another chance. No more chances. I'm done with them.

We sat in your dining room from 6:45 to 8:20 and still never got our food and ended up leaving hungry...will never go again...worst place ever

This place is trash!!! Had to call 3 times after hung up on several times. Said I would never go back after last time but figured I’d give them another try... I was wrong. Guy on phone was rude and couldn’t even get any information out of him on what specials they had going on. Done with this place. I’ll go to Little Caesars for now on. At least they answer there phones and can give you info.

I dined in Friday night. When I included spinach as a topping, was told it would be "fresh" spinach. When served, it was a pile of uncooked spinach thrown on top. I removed most of it, since it doesn't stay on while you're trying eat a slice anyway. Woke up Saturday morning with, I suspect, food poisoning. Did they even wash the spinach or their hands? I won't be back.

I ordered pizza online and when they came to deliver my order it was totally wrong. � I ordered 3 pizzas and pasta with breadsticks, and they brought me the wrong pizzas. I sent it back and it took them over an hour to come back with the pizza & pasta. When the driver came back, they still forgot the breadsticks � this is the second time they messed up my order now

Worst pizza experience ever. Waited almost 1 hour for pizza . The lady came out asking if we have ordered yet. I said yet. She asked what did you order... she goes in the back and finds our ticket never turned in .....then comes back out and explains to us they are very sorry and our food will be out in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later no food. I am really confused at how difficult it is to make and serve 2 flipping pizzas

It was awful!! Pizza took forever to get to us One pizza arrived and my sons pizza didn't arrive for another 20 minutes Had to ask multiple times for drink refills Waitress didn't know the specials Overall it sucked!

Wont go back since they apparently charge an extra $3 to leave off the cheese. Will be going to Dominoes from now on.

I was charged extra as if someone added an extra tip(I tipped the driver in cash). The GM acted as if I was lying and wouldn't refund my money even after I showed him my confirmation email and my charge bank account. I'm having to go thru cooperate to get a refund. If you order from them just be sure to keep a close eye on your bank account.

Terrible service. Sat in line at the door for 5 minutes just to dine in. Had to wait another 10 minutes standing in line just to pay. Customer service sucked. Heard at least 3 people come in for call in orders and they were still 15-25 minutes out.

Why is it that I live 2.1 miles away, and live in Denison, but Pizza Hut doesn’t deliver to my home anymore?!?!

Waited over 2 hours cause they lost my pizza or just forgot to deliver it. They still charged full price is pathetic. Will never do business again

They don't wash their pizza pans between uses. Just think every time u eat thin or hand tossed crust. You're eating the 1000's of pizzas they made before yours. Gross!
