that its impossible to sit in and eat.
We took our food and left. It was about 98° inside restuarant.
Then, I asked for extra napkins and several packets of ketchup and they acted very weird about that. I also asked for a cup of Ice and one girl looked at another like ??? And she went ahead and did it. WHY do they keep it 100° in the lobby?

Chicken nuggets all over the floor and Doris was very unpleasant and must pay for the condiments out of pocket. Flies everywhere.

Drive thru was pretty quick only waited for maybe 5 minutes and we were the only car, but I can't say the same for the 4 maybe 5 cars that ended up pulling in right after us 😂. Also got 3 free whoppers so that's always nice too.

The last time we ate at this Burger King our receipt had a survey you could go online and complete. For doing this you would receive a free whopper if you purchase a drink. Today I used the code I received. We purchased 2 whoppers, 1 medium fry and 2 large drinks. The total was $15.73. I gave the cashier the receipt with the code and she asked what is was. I explained and she called a manager over apparently to instruct her on how to enter it. The final total was 14.73. That means they only knocked off $1.00. They normally charge $3.00 for a whopper, but only allowed me a buck off. Can you say rip-off.

Terrible experience. The employee in the drive through could not understand anything that we were ordering. The service was slow and the food was gross.

Got To the Drive Thru at 11:40pm and they were not only Already Closed but not one person in the building. Leaving very early I guess is what they do

Lol sat in the drive through for 10 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge me(DURING BUSINESS HOURS), no luck. Tried knocking on the door to get someone’s attention or at least a reason as to why I hadn’t been helped, no luck. A worker even shook her head “no” at me, that she wouldn’t come answer me. Tried calling to speak with a manager or supervisor… and guess what? No luck. Worst experience I’ve ever received from Burger King. This location needs some serious improvements… embarrassing

I received a classic chicken sandwich that looked amazing on the menu. When I received it the chicken was withered up and wasn't even the circumference of the bun. I ate more bread than chicken. I have a picture if Burger King would like to contact me...

I'm on a mission to eat at and review every restaurant in Sherman and Denison, including the chains. I realize this could take years.
I want to start off by saying, I used the drive thru. The menu is so far away from the speaker, that I had to ask the employee if they still sold certain items. I drove up, paid and was asked to pull around to the side. I received my food almost immediately. Customer service and speed I'm giving an A+. The quality of the food is another thing.
I ordered the Morning Star Burger and onion rings. Received no ketchup packets. I guess you're supposed to ask? No onion ring sauce. Opened the burger and saw it was literally dry. No sauces. I've had this burger at the Sherman and Van Alstyne locations. I remember them having Mayo on each piece of bread. Ok. No prob. I have plenty of condiments at home.
About an hour later, I felt hot and nauseous. I spent about 20 minutes being sick. This has never happened before. I don't know if it was the burger, or onion rings? I didn't go inside so I can't comment on the condition of the restaurant. I will say again, the customer service and speed was an A+. Will I go back? Probably. This time I'll go inside. If I get sick again, I won't be returning to this location. The burger tasted like it was microwaved and not cooked on the grill. Might have played a role in me being sick.

No A/C, nasty dirty fan on the counter, coke machine broke, no tea made, all tables were very dirty. People were nice, but not enough staff to operate.

If I could give 0 stars I would, 1st we ordered And was told they didn't have any Ice, than my husband ordered a coke and was told they were out of coke, we went ahead and ordered, our entire order was wrong!

THIS PLACE SUCKS. THEY ARE TAKING UP VALUABLE REAL ESTATE FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL HAVE IN STOCK WHAT THEY SELL. ONE DAY THEY DON'T HAVE MEAT. THE NEXT TIME THE ICE MACHINE IS BROKE. THE NEXT TIME THE POS SYSTEM IS DOWN. THE NEXT TIME THE ICE MACHINE AGAIN. THE NEXT TIME THEY DON'T HAVE BUNS.
BURGER KING CORPORATE NEEDS TO FIRE THE DM, GM, SM AND THE WHOLE CREW, TEAR THE STORE DOWN AND START OVER.
