Called to place a order. Could barely understand the person who answered, clearly not from the states. Took too long for him to tell me how long the delivery time would be. Quoted me one price for the order then when I questioned it, lowered the price (which was still wrong). After about 15 minutes
Spinach was not fresh. We paid extra for sauce cups for our breadsticks and received none. They use doordash to deliver so the driver had no idea what I was talking about. It's not the first time. Not great
Pizza looked good, unfortunately there was more hair on it than toppings. Crust was soggy. Not to many good pizza places left in Denison. Check this one off the list.
Papa John's is our favorite pizza and this location does not dissappoint. The food is amazing and staff has wonderful customer service.
I've never had a bad experience here. Papa's is a little more expensive then the other pizza places around town, but it is ALWAYS delicious!! High quality pizza if you're willing to spend the extra dollar bucks.
Pizza is 95% of the time perfect !! Especially for someone who always has a big order. Cooked perfectly and always hot! We order from here at least 3 times a month
We ordered pizza online at 3pm for 6pm. I called at 6:30 asking when my pizza was arriving. They said it was in the oven but would be more than 2 hours to get to my house. I asked how long for me to go to the store and pick it up and they said 5 minutes. I got to the store and waited 15 more minutes
Unfortunately I have to give them a 2. I've never scored one that low. I ordered on line. 20 minutes later went to pick it up and it wasn't even started. Was told they would start it right away but came back 30 minutes later and they STILL hadn't started ally order (why would you make 3 of 5 pizz
