The fries were cold, two of three sandwiches were made wrong and the only smoothie we ordered was completely melted and not even full. The staff was rude and dismissive. My kids and I have been to this location three times and of those three times, the only time that deserved a 5 star rating was when we came here at 10pm and got milkshakes in the drive-thru. Thank you night shift for being the only redeeming quality here.

Not once or twice but three times, hamburgers with NO meat. If you go there make sure you get everything you order before you leave.

The establishment is clean, pleasant and quick to serve.
However, as a company the public needs a nutritional meal; a salad choices , yogurt parfait. I ate nothing. I don’t want half my calories in one burger.

Worst place to go if u want your order right and good food service!!!! Honestly the service is the worst I ever seen and I traveled most my life for my job !!!!!!! If you don’t like your job than quit find something else places in Denison need help else where !!! All I ask if the toy in my kids meal was for a girl bc it look more like a boy toy the young teenager at window is rude if u ask for anything anyways and then the manger I’m guess look back and said “we only have one toys it’s for both”than I hear her say” OMG PEOPLE “ I was just asking a question I’m the customer who paid for a girls meal so I HAVE the right to ask Do your job me people might be nice to you back. Rude af I HATE going there !!!!!!

They’ve never bounced back from the Covid catastrophe. Lazy employees don’t clean tables or sweep floors, garbage was overflowing, dine in food was brought to the table by a sweaty odiferous employee, the food was cold, the sandwich was saturated with so much mayonnaise and sauce and kept running down my hand and the bun wouldn’t keep together, the drink overflow tray had at least a quart of ketchup in it and there was no receipt paper in the kiosk.
My daughter loves eating at McDonalds, I don’t think we’ll be eating here again.

Worst McDonald's ever. Like ever, McDanks is already bare minimum but the workers here don't know how to take orders or actually read what people order. If theres only one custiner i. The store, no reason order should completely wrong. Order is wrong every single time we go and honestly this place absolutely sucks. Get it together. Embarrassing and ridiculous. You make 15 and hour, and don't deserve it when this is a consistent problem. BS.

Pull up at 1020 for lunch. Tell them I have no problem waiting for my food. She asks her manager who says I have to pull around and come back and order at 1030. I have been to Burger King, and Wendy's who have all served early. Pure laziness and ignorance

The amount of times they forgotten to give me something I've ordered and paid for is criminal it's nearing the high end of $50 at this point like how hard is it to put two sandwiches in a bag. I can't even tell you how many times I've ordered just two things and only received one only to realize 30 minutes later when I'm home.
