The chefs didn't prepare the food table side however, we still enjoyed the food, service & atmosphere. This is disappointing to write but 1 bad experience can ruin many good experiences quickly. Blue Ginger and their staff really dropped the ball today. Stopped in for dinner and they looked busy but the wait was only 10 minutes! We got the spicy cowboy, the Hawaii, the American dream and the temptation roll, all awesome! Also got habachi! Definitely stop in.

This is a good hibachi and sushi restaurant with an extensive menu. Everyone should be able to find a selection to be happy with here.
