Being from North Carolina I am a little biased however, that was some of the best brisket I have ever eaten. The green chili stew and potato salad I don't have the words. If I make it back to Denton, that's were I will be eating.
We have eaten at Rudy's every Friday morning and countless times for lunch, dinner and company dinners for years. We have not found a better breakfast taco than Rudy's in Denton. Just had a family dinner for Easter with Rudys. Everyone loved it. We stop there every time we have a chance.
I love this place. I try to stop at a location every time I'm in DFW, great food, service and a cool atmosphere. Love the brisket tacos!

Being from NC, I get to try a lot of BBQ. My first visit to Denton I came across Rudy's. Now I love brisket and Rudy's does not disappoint. The moist brisket is amazing with just a little sauce, some onions, and a piece of bread. Now, whenever I am in Denton, I eat most of my meals at Rudy's.
This place is awesome! If you ever visit Denton, TX you have to try the breakfast brisket tacos!

Went by today for some brisket, sausage and sides to take home for lunch. Brisket was excellent, sausage with jalapeño was greatness and the sides matched the meats. I have never had anything but a great experience at Rudy's.
